I finished 3 months on the newbie routine. at the end i was up to 15 mins of stretching and 15 mins of jelquing. I have taken about 2 weeks off. 1 of the weeks was completely off and the other i did PE once during the week. Gained a little over .5 in length and .25 in girth in that time. What should my next routine look like. Going to do 3 months then take another 2 weeks off or maybe 1 workout a week. any suggestions of anything i could add to my routine. My EQ got better, erections were harder, so everything went well. had some negative PI’s about midway then i lowered the intensity and things went back to normal. thanks
