Hello everyone!

I am very happy to have found this place. Soooo much good information here. I have read lots of posts and hope to figure out some kind of plan.

So here’s the reason why I am here.. I am a whopping.. Drum roll please.. 4.3 inches (or 11 centimeters) erect. My flacid isn’t even worth mentioning because it is almost flush sometimes.

I actually went as far as buying a stretching device but I am actually too short to use it. This is something that has bothered me greatly my whole life (I’m in my 40’s now) and I really really want to see what I can do about it.

I went as far as looking into surgery but have yet to take the plunge. After reading some posts this evening I think I will wait and see what can be done first. The measurement was taken when I was at the surgeons office so I guess it’s somewhat official. I don’t think it was BP from what I remember.

I don’t know if there are other people on here with my kinds of stats but I would love to hear from them to hear their stories, do’s and don’ts and what kind of gains they have achieved.

I am also looking into supplements to increase load etc.. So ANY help in the direction I should go would be so appreciated!

DenMaster, what stretching device did you buy? An extender? I’m sure you’re not too short to use it.

Let me help you out with one thing, and I think everyone here will agree: DO NOT get surgery! The chances of complications such as deformities, erectile dysfunction, and actually coming out of it shorter are WAY too high to risk it. Also, it is completely unnecessary - this stuff works, period.

Look into the newbie routine. It is a solid place to start. At least it will give you an idea if manual exercises are for you.

Figure out that extender, assuming that’s what it is. They are the only PE device on the planet that actually has a significant body of research backing up their efficacy. And I know you are not too short for it, there are some techniques for getting one on that will make it fit. Plenty of guys your size have used an extender successfully.

Read as much as you can around here, but find what works for you and stick to it. Sometimes the sheer volume of information and opinions here can be a bit overwhelming, but there is no substitute for the methods that give you results.

And good luck! Be consistent, stick to the game plan, and you’ll get where you want to be eventually. This is a gradual process, not a race.

Oh, one more thing, incorporate jelqs of some kind somewhere in your PE routine no matter what else you are doing. They are a staple exercise.
