New Way To Stretch Good Or Bad
So I just started this ‘new’ way too stretch. It’s probably not that new but it’s new to me. So was stretching the normal way with the ‘ok’ grip just under the glands. I wasn’t really getting a good grip and when I did using toilet paper or something else the pulls didn’t feel very tight.
Now this new way I use the ‘ok’ grip on the middle of my penis. It feels insanely tight, it actually feels like I am hanging and I’ve only started three days ago but I’ve made a small gain!
The only problem with this is, it bunches your skin to the glands, which will probably case stretch marks. But for anyone who would like to try this, here is my routine.
3x each
BTC to the left 30 seconds
BTC to the center 30 seconds
BTC to the right 30 seconds
Straight down to the left 30 seconds
Straight down to the center 30 seconds
Straight down to the right 30 seconds
Straight down Rotary Stretches 25 cranks
Straight out to the left 30 seconds
Straight out to the center 30 seconds
Straight out to the right 30 seconds
Straight out Rotary Stretches 25 cranks
Straight up to the left 30 seconds
Straight up to the center 30 seconds
Straight up to the right 30 seconds
Straight up Rotary Stretches 25 cranks
Then I finish with 600 very low jelqs like 20% I use some body cream I don’t use a lot so my hands don’t slide right off my penis, just enough so you can still grasp your penis. I do 100 back and forth pulling my penis left and right, 200 down and 300 straight out.
But I think this is an awesome and I am fatigued afterwards.
To clarify about the jelqing, I’m not actually squeezing, I’m just adding the least about of pressure to stretch the ligs out more.
