New to Thunders but not PE
Greetings. I learned of PE several years ago from a pay site but only recently found this forum. Seems like a great place!
I know this would probably be better in the main member forum since I’ve had experience, but I think there is some post count I have to meet before I can post in there? *Shrugs*
I seem to have hit a wall on girth that I’m hoping you all can help me with. My current routine is thus:
Helicopter stretch (60 rotations)
60 second downward stretch pulling over my finger (I think it’s called a fulcrum stretch)
The stretches are more to loosen things up than to gain length
Five minute warmup in shower with a cup of hot water
150 wet jelqs as a sort of primer
5 extremely intense 30 second Ulis.
I’ve had to take some time off recently from PE and if I have gained anything at all in girth (and I’m doubting that), it’s been minimal at best. I’ve been following the above routine for the better part of 6 months. I’m stuck right around 5.5 girth.
Can any of you vets recommend good manual exercises for girth that work well for pushing past plateaus? Thanks in advance!
