Hey! I started the newbie routine for a couple of weeks ago. I am pretty satisfied with my girth, but I want to focus more on my length. Should I focus more on the stretching exercises or what? Could some of you routinized guys give help me out? Thanks a lot! ;)

If you have been doing the newbie routine for a couple of weeks, you aren’t ready for much of anything else yet. Stay with the newbie routine for 3 months, then ask the question. You want to avoid an injury at all costs, and if you get to eager to soon you will get hurt.

Yeah I agree with sunshinekid. When I first started out I got to eager and ended up injuring myself which discouraged me and ended up stopping PE with no gains. So stick to the newbie routine for a while then advance from their.

I can’t see any harm looking into looking into to wearing a penis extender. Just start out with a moderate strecth. I have the ando penis or size geneitics comes with a good instruction manual and dvd.

Thanks for answering. I will stick to the newbie routine. I am not going to buy jes extender. Should I just follow the newbie routine, without putting more minutes to stretching and jelqing? My last question; is it very important with the kegels? I am not 100 % sure what it is.

The Kegel exercise is when you flex and hold the BC muscle, then release. We’ve all done this. It’s the exact same muscle we use to stop a stream of urine.

By flexing this muscle you improve its muscle tone and therefore blood flow to your penis. It is beneficial to penile health. The 50 Kegels that are recommended in the Newbie routine are to be done after your workout in a non-erect state. It’s just flex, hold and release, fifty times.

It should be noted that you can do Kegel exercises anywhere, anytime. I do extra sets during my morning commute, or if the lady friend takes me to boring movie. You can’t over-train the BC muscle, so you can do them whenever you are bored or have time to kill. They help to keep erections firm.
