I am new to PE I startet yesterday with it and I am using the LINEAR ROUTINE for newbies. And I am thinking about starting om pumping within 2 months
Check your length monthly! What are your measurements?
Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5
Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6
Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6
I would say do your linear routine for newbies then move on to the advanced manual exercises. Only then would you attempt at something like pumping to reduce injury percentage. This is only my opinion of course.
Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH
Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)
