New to PE
Hello!
I’m new to PE and starting off with a basic jelq and kegel routine.
Measurements are: 5,25 (Length) 4,8 (Girth)
My Routine:
Morning: 5 minute hot wrap (Warmup) / 5 Minutes of Jelqing (using coconut butter) / 5 minute hot wrap (warm down) / 50 Kegels of 3 seconds hold
Afternoon: 100 Kegels of 3 Second hold / 50 Towel Lifts
Night: 5 minute hot wrap (Warmup) / 8 Minutes of Jelqing (using coconut butter) / 5 minute hot wrap (warm down) / 50 Kegels of 3 seconds hold
4 days a week.
Additional: Frequently have sex (3 to 4 days a week) / Do not masturbate.
Goal by 8-1-2014: 6 Length and 5 Girth + an increase in EQ
Any advice on my routine?
Would very much appreciate other suggestions on increasing EQ and girth.
