Hi All, I just registered 5 minutes ago, and I only have 1 question . Will my gains be permanent ? Or just temporary ?

Welcome to Thunders.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ojnes.j

Don’t forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

With consistency, many find their gains to be permanent.

Even if you have to do a light maintenance routine occasionally, you’ll be bigger and badder than you were, right?? A lot of us seem to incorporate at least some PE into our daily lives so it’s no big deal. (We just like playing with our dicks, I guess)

I recently took a two month break from PE and when I returned, I had not lost any of my gains.

It depends

Routine exercise will make your penis fill with more blood then it would otherwise, so as long as you exercise it will be larger.

Once you stop, it shrinks back a little.

As a general rule, I think going 0.5” or 2cm above your ultimate goal will cause permanent gains of the desired amount.

Gains are permanent with a nice maintainance routine. Say once or twice a week for 10 minutes.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

After reading many post, you increase the chance of making gains permanent if you cement them. Stopping cold turkey can cause a loss

Laugh out loud , now that there is funny , cement, ha ha ha !! 😆 ✌ On the lighter side I am going to try , KY Warming oil on my Penis workout, instead of a half hour shower !!

Any New Thoughts ?

The sensation of heat will not give you the same results as actual heat. Use a rice sock or hot-water bottle for warm up.
