Ya that doesn’t sound fun at all! Getting run over, that is.
Okay, it is all right if you guys think I’m a delusional or crazy with this next statement. I have only started been doings PE’s since Monday, doing 2 days on, 1 off. I Never even heard of PE’s since before this week. Starting slow as far as routines, about 15 minutes a routine, as being a raw beginner I don’t really know yet what I am doing, and I don’t want to over do it and cause damage. I am a runner, doing between 18 and 30-35 miles or so a week. I ran earlier today, for 5 miles, and I it just felt heavier, bulkier, as I was running, then it usually does. I was aware it was there, which is usually not even something I think of when running. I’m not implying it is any bigger in 6 days, just that it feels bigger, and ok, maybe by the smallest fraction, a wee big bigger when flaccid, and maybe a minuscule amount larger in girth when erect.
