I’m new myself.

Great place for information. Lots of info to sift through.

The senior guys are going to tell you to take it slow. Take it slow. You are going to be running a marathon. Pace yourself. Nothing will slow you down more than an injury.

Advice here is 100 percent free. You will be screwing around with your sex organ. There is a fine line between doing it right and over doing it. If you have experience with weight lifting the same principles apply here.

Doing too much will make you weaker. Doing too much to your penis will lower your erection quality.

Measurements are your friend. Pressing hard is not cheating, it is your bone pressed election length you want to measure. You cannot cheat off you are pressing against bone every time you measure.

Hey,

Welcome my friend there are different newbe routine I found 3 myself, what I did was incorporate a piece of all 3 into my routine.
I guess it would be to take it slow..

It been under a month since I started but I’m went from BPEL 6.5 5/8 to 6.5 7/8 very close to 7” mark
My flsl flaccid stretch length is 7” girth so far remain the same.. Newbie is considered 3months and under if I can get to 7.5” from newbie gains I will be a happy man lol.

Flsl: 6”
Current: BPEL: 6.5” 7/8 EQ 5.1

Some basic stretches and 100 jelq reps 3 days a week. Rice sock for a warm up of about 15 mins. Good results in girth, length not so much. Much better overall appearance though. Have lost 30 pounds and that really helps! Looking for something to offer me something to help a 59 year old man that’s been fighting with a penis length self esteem issue and a lifetime PE problem. Time to make something good happen.
