So I decided to get into some PE work. I recently decided to get myself into shape. I started weight training with my cousin. But I realized I want the whole package so I figured id work downstairs improvements also. I’m starting here at around 6x5nbp. I used to be bigger a few years ago I think when I had lower bodyfat % and a bit better erections. I came down with case of prostatitis, which I still have today but is slowly improving.
I was figuring to start it easy to see how things worked. Is this routine to little?

Warm bath to warm up
While in the bath do stretches each direction holding 20 seconds each
100 jelq reps
Goals are to get to 7x6 nbp
