Here’s my story.

So I never really had a problem with satisfying girls before but recently had a wake up call. Me and a girl from work was just chill-en then started to get sexual. This girl was not really all that attractive and didn’t even start me off with a BJ so my erection Q was a little low but went ahead anyway. I said to myself that there was no way this could work but decided to try. First month was just jelq and stretch. NBPEL=5 1/8” bpel=6.5/8. A gain of 1/8”

I thought it was a mistake that I must have made somehow so I did another month. Same routine but added v-stretch. Measured yesterday and NBPEL= 5 1/4 BPEL=6 3/4. A gain of another 1/8”. Total of 1/4”!

Glad I found this place and will continue.

I love the stories where people try PE, gain a little, measure, and then think it was a measuring mistake. Then they measure again later and think “holy shit this is real!” Good stuff.

I think you should be called, ‘keep-trying’. Congrats on your gains, but the key to all of this is consistency. Now then, this does not mean to over do it because a little trauma can stop the big gains quickly. Newbies always see big gains, then they decide to change things up and go for the more advanced exercises, WRONG! If what you are doing is working, stick with it. Get what you can with what you are doing. This takes time, but a 1/4 inch gain in 2 months is awesome and if you continue with the exercises you are doing with consistency, hopefully in 2 months it will be a 1/2 in longer. Think about it, a 1/2 inch is a lot. Just take each month at a time and focus. One more thing, Give your unit a break so that it can repair it self, a couple days off, maybe one day off, 3 days of exercise another day off and 4 days on 1 day off, 3 days on, 2 days off. Mix it up, just like body building, your body will learn your routine and so will your cock and you don’t want that to happen. I call mixing it up and fooling your unit, “shock cock”.

I’m new an wondering what I should start on for length my penis measures at 7.6” I am looking to get up to 9” not sure what exercise I should start on?? Also r these gains a permanent thing if I was to stop when I achieved the size I wanted

1.) Please refer to the forum guidelines when you have a chance. We don’t say “r” for “are” around here. I’m not trying to be an asshole. It is simply the rules and the mods will jump on you for that stuff.

2.) Most members find that once they reach their goals and then maintain that size for a time it becomes permanent.

3.) Look at the top of the page in the Newbie forum for a starting Newbie routine. And yes you could get to nine with your starting size. Hell you could be significantly longer than that. *mutters jealously under breath*

Congratz on your newbie gains.

Congratulations on your newbie gains.

Stick with the newbie routine as long as it is working for you. Also recommend doing a penis inventory early in the program, taking starting pictures, and keeping a detailed log.

Yea 1.5 fat pad. I used to be real fit around age 16. Weighed 170 lean and still had 1.5 fatpad. Gained 50 pounds for football and didn’t change so yea… . .It sucks! When it comes to sex I can push hard and get maybe an inch more in. One more thing … . I’m not even 20 yet
