I’ve been lurking forums like this for the last few months, but I finally decided to register and get an active PE regiment going. I nearly bought an extender earlier today but I decided I should come here and learn more and see if I can make some gains without spending $300+

So here’s my situation, I’m 7.25in x 6in fully erect and I would like to get up to 8 inches in length and only slightly wider, but the thing that concerns me the most are the side-effects of doing PE. I plan on doing manual stretching, jelqing, and kegels following the newbie guide but I am a bit worried that I might lose sensitivity in my penis or possibly have weaker erections from stretching my penis(though I suppose kegels would prevent this)

Also, it’s not just the size of my penis that I would like to change, but also the shape. My penis is very thick right under the head but it gradually slims down all the way to my base and has a slight curve toward the left. I’d like to know if these exercises will flesh out my penis into a more even width or if it will just make the thick part even thicker while it leaves the base thin (particularly because with jelqing you squeeze the blood towards the tip, and I’ve heard cases of “baseball bat dicks” which is similar to how my penis already is)

Another question (last one I swear :P) is that I have a bit of a large scrotum that reaches up my shaft farther than I’d like it to, and I’d like to do something about this if I can, but it’s pretty low-priority compared to my other questions.

1. Stick with the newbie routine for awhile. You goal isn’t too far off from what you have now so you might not have to spend any money anyways. I wouldn’t jelq at really high erection levels and it shouldn’t impact your girth as much as it would otherwise, and besides most people don’t get the baseball bat effect anyways. After months of conditioning you might want to look into other methods that will target your base girth. Clamping gave me a lot of base girth and supposedly a lot of hangers increase your base girth as well, but those are advanced methods. I have the opposite problem a big base girth and a small glans!

2. We call that a turkey neck or penoscrotal webbing, you can try searching about it if you want more information. Some people think that stretching your balls away from your dick for 5 minutes a day will help.

Thanks for the quick reply RandomGiant, I’ve thought about clamping but I’m a bit worried it would damage the veins in my penis or something. Is there any risk for something like that or should I just look it up for myself?

It is the most intense workout I’ve ever had so if you do ever try it, work up to it very slowly and spend adequate time warming up. You should always look up anything you have questions about, you would be amazed how much information is stored in this place. Clamping can be dangerous for sure, and it is very easy to overdo. More than once I’ve clamped too hard and had to wait a few days before I could get rock hard erections again. I also blew out a vein (I think) once, and it still protrudes a bit to this day. So definitely not something to rush into. You get great expansion though. Good luck iancrease.

RG gave you some good advice.

My two cents: you may want to focus more on stretches. They gave me amazing newbie length gains and helped me straightening my shaft a little. Focus on relaxing the area when you stretch, breathe well and be positive!

Hello!! I am new to all of this how do start stretching exercises if in the relaxed position I’m only about an inch long? But in erection it’s about 4.75-5? Any good advice, this morning

Just start out light and with the newbie program. DON’t over do it.

It’s hard to get a response inside another thread. Some might even consider it thread stealing.

With that said, read the newbie program.

I started at less than half the newbie program with nice gains so you don’t have to go full steam into PEing.

But read around here for a couple of days. Visit as many threads as you can and watch as many of the videos as possible.
