Always start with the “Newbie Routine”, if you’ve already been doing that for a few months (I recommend the newbie routine for at least 3 months) try adding some more advance stretches. If the newbie routine bores you and you’re new, you’re in for a long haul. PE isn’t exciting. :)
What can you gain? Maybe nothing, maybe a LOT. Set goals, work towards them. See what happens. If that’s not good enough, well it’ll have to suffice since nobody can tell you what is possible with your body and your penis, and we definitely can’t tell you how dedicated you’ll be. Without dedication and hard work I can almost guarantee that you’ll get little to nothing.
