Hello guys, It’s me again:) . How do You train to have hard and long erection? I started to do kegels and jelq more than 1,5 year ago. There were some effects, on last summer I had hard erections but today my erections are not hard as I want when I’m with the girl and I can’t control it ( it’s hard when I masturbate). I agreed with tinytim. Dunno if there’s anything with PE but when my girl gets me hard I stay harder. On the other hand, if we started things rushy my EQ isn’t that good. As tinytim said “Slow down and take your time”!

When I walk to the work, in work, after work in home, many short ( 2 sec each) and many long ( 3-4 minutes each) and I think I’m little bit over trained, that’s why I Have got problems with hard erection? I doubt the “over-trained” theory.

Personally I rather think you “over-think”, worry too much, are self conscious about the issue which kills your level of arousal.
As others pointed out I’d rather try to get more into it, immerse yourself in the experience and let your body do the work for you.

Unless you are having an health issue (as your doctor) OR have worked at overstimulating yourself (excess porn consumption) it’s most likely a mental issue which can be resolved by relaxing.

So, the only thing that has changed recently is you started doing lots of kegels? If that’s the case, stop. You may have exhausted/strained or even damaged those muscles. They need a break.

Also, have you talked to a doctor about this?

Try edging. Worked too good for me. I’m on the other side now, wanting more sensitivity as I can go for hours.
