Hi! I’m new to the forum and penis enlargement. My erected penis has a length of 7.08 inches and a girth of 5.11 inches. I really want to increase my girth. I’ve spent the past 3 days reading various threads, but I’m having difficulties finding a routine to start with.
I’m kind of confused with jelqs and uli’s routine.
So can you suggest me the best routine for girth?
Also what about masturbation? Can I masturbate right after or before?

Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .
