Hello people. I’m new to this forum but I’m old member on pegym. So after a year of everyday hanging and great gains I need your help. I’m about to be a student a year from now, and I want to study engineering(no life other then study)but I think I would have to quit hanging due to lack of time. I need your advice on how to save my hard earned gains.I’ve tried to study while hanging with my male hanger and the pain is not allowing me to focus on my study’s. I bought the LG hanger.. The pain should be less intense? Heard that extender should cement my gains, is it true?(anyone who actually cement hanging gains with extenders).

Which path should I go guys? It’s killing me . Hope for advice! Thanks!

I happen to think that jelqing for 5-10 minutes a few days a week should cover that.

It’s a good idea to think about doing 10 minutes of edging along with the jelqing to maintain what you’ve got.

so I’ve tried to decrease my hanging time, definitely lost some size. So I’m not cementing gains here.. Any idea mate?
