Need some help guys

Well I have been doing PE for about 6 months and I don’t see any results
My erect size is 4.7 which I think is pretty small

I hot towel and warm up for about a minute and then I do 300 Jelqings then I stretch out
Being doing this with baby oil and still no results

In total it takes me about 15-20 minutes to do all this

5 times a week

Any advise guys and do you think extenders will help me out

Though your warming up period a bit short, still you should gain some if you have been doing those two exercises appropriately. It really surprises me why you have gained nothing.

Even if you had not jelqed at all, you should gain some length by stretching alone. Perhaps your stretching force is too low to induce any permanent elongation of the tissues.

Do you jelq at 60-70% erection level and stroke slowly enough?

Yup semi erect but still nothing I’m seriously thinking of getting surgery

Okay so 3 second strokes? How long do you stretch for? Do you feel like you had a good workout or do you feel like you are taking it too lightly? Definitely try to warm up for 5-10 minutes though.

I am seriously discouraging to do that. It’s not worth getting even if it is free.

Go through entire PE manual of this site thoroughly and make yourself clear of everything written in it. Then find out anything you have been doing wrong. I believe you will find some clue of your failure.

I bought an extender before coming to Thunder’s and was embarrassed to find that I was too small to fit into the device (I was 4.6” erect pre-PE). I don’t know if this would be the case with every device on the market but I have woken up to my stupidity and will not piss away money like that again. I may try the extender again later on if I can ever get it to fit.

Take a look at this thread regarding another member who also wants to get surgery: Questions about surgery. PLEASE READ.

I would suggest working on technique. 300, 3 seconds jelqs should take alone 15minutes. Also if you are doing 30 sec up, down, left, right, straight out stretches each set should take 2:30. Assuming a 5 minute warm up your routine should take at least 30 minutes minimum to complete. I think you should really take some time and read around about proper technique.

Yes, very true. I also do 300 jelqs plus warming, stretches, and kegels. My routine takes 30-40 minutes. I think you might be going too quickly on the jelqs, wonder2pac. This substantially reduces the intensity of the workout.

I think the others have nailed it. Fifteen to twenty minutes for a routine like that tells me that you are jelqing too quickly, not stretching enough, not warming up enough, or all three. One minute warm up is shorter than is recommended by the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine.

In addition, your frequency may be wrong. Five days a week may be too much or too little; it depends on your PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!) and EQ (Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:).

4.7 inches would be on the small side if it is a bone pressed measurement (BP); about average if non bone pressed (NBP) with a one inch fat pad.

I would stay away from surgery until you have explored PE exercises and routines further. Even then, I would not trade a normal 4.7 inch penis for a cut-up larger penis.

I would also hold off on the extenders until you’ve given the Newbie Routine a better try.

Don’t get discouraged man. And definitely don’t do the surgery. A real good friend of mine did the surgery and lost 3/4 of an inch cause he didn’t stretch it good enough.

Listen to what these guys say. I started doing a “routine” 5 months ago, but I always change my routine. I learned that like with my weightlifting I don’t do the same thing I did last time I lifted. Try experimenting. I learned last week that I gained. In october I was 6in now it’s 6.5. My faith in this and my confidence skyrocketed.

Do what these guys say, learn that you should stretch it with kegels too, and slow down. Try this, warm up, stretch it for 1 min a piece in all 5 directions, do 30 jelqs, stretch again and repeat til you hit about 150 jelqs then do the hot wrap. As it did for me, it may for you. I did it every other day too. Rest is mandatory. Good luck.

Please go back and read again what everyone here has said. Save your money on the ADS for now. I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the gains you will get with proper technique. Take Lampwicks advise. Listen to your body. I would not give up manual exercises till your gains from them plateau and even then change things up. Remember take your time.
