Need some experienced advise
Longtime lurker here.
Started doing PE consistently in June of 2009. I started at 6.75 Erect Length (BP) and 4.5 Erect Girth (BP). After 6 months of using an extender 4-8 hours a day and later, incorporating jelqing I reached 7.3 EL and 4.7 EG. However, I believe most of these are due to jelqs and not through use of the extender, as when I began using less of the extender and doing more jelqs, I seemed to gain more.
Currently, I am doing 600 jelqs a day. 300 in the morning and 300 at night. 6 days a week. Obviously, I am still chasing both length and girth, and would like to get at 8 EL (BP) and 6 EG (BP).
I definitely feel that it was the jelqs and not the extender which really helped, especially the increase in girth (did not get any increase in girth while using the extender).
I have been looking into clamping or hanging. Which would be more beneficial for me? What as been more beneficial in your experience?
I’ve been thinking of doing something like jelqing on M/W/F and clamping on T/TH and having the weekend off.
Any input? Thx.
