So I recently just started to get serious about PE, for like the 3rd time, usually something happens after a month or two and I don’t have time. I started out with the newbie routine.

Routine is 2 days on 1 day off

I am doing a 5 minute warm up with rice sock, Stretches for 5 minutes, then jelq at low level EQ for 10, then a little stretching focusing on tunica, then rice sock warm down.

One thing I have noticed in each of my attempts to do PE is that every time I start, the first week always feels great, my jelqs feel good, my flaccid hang is good all day, but once I get past that first week or so, it seems the jelqs don’t feel as good as they use to (they don’t hurt or anything), and my flaccid doesn’t hang the same as it did the prior week.

So this is where I am at now. What do you guys think, do you think my penis has come use to the workouts, and isn’t reacting as well, or do you think maybe I tend to over do it a little, and need a few days break and start up again? Or maybe change my routine to an every other day one?

My current stats are 6.3 BPEL by 4.7 EG, I may have gained a hair over my last PE attempts, but not much.

No negative PI’s. Just that during the first week and a half my flaccid hang was really good, and jelqs felt good. Now my flaccid is back to normal, and jelqs don’t feel as good.

So step it up a notch and try to remember that the newbie routine is meant to end.

It’s normal that your penis get used to the stress, but that doesn’t mean it’s not working for you any more. But you need to step up the intensity a little, as Clubber suggested. And don’t take that as a reason for stop PEing.

What do you guys suggest then? More time jelqing and stretching? Or same time just more days a week?

First I want to ask you how long have you been PEing, and I mean since your last start?

I started on the 18th or 19th of december, 2 days on 1 off

little update fellas..

I havent increased any part of my routine, except add some uli’s at the end. My flaccid has been really good the past week or so and jelqing returned to normal. I have been drinkings tons of water and taking 500mg of arginine a day. Maybe that is why or maybe my routine is causing the good flaccid hang. I dont know.

Still yet to measure since the beginning, i want to wait a few more weeks til i measure but my erections seems fuller and thicker. So we will see..maybe i will increase jelq time?


Ted, you should just do the newbie routine for three months and see what happens; don’t add new exercises , just time and a bit of intensity, and expect gains overnight.

thanks marinera for the advice, but the thing is i have add various stints of PE over this year, few lasting a good 2 months or so then it kinda fell off. But always managed to do some PE in between those breaks, so i feel my penis is some what conditioned, and i have good control on my technique.

I really just need to stay focused with it and be consistent this time, even when the spring school semester starts up, i will have to find time for PE. I dont want to increase my workout to much maybe just a minute or two more of jelqing.
