Need opinions guys
So I recently just started to get serious about PE, for like the 3rd time, usually something happens after a month or two and I don’t have time. I started out with the newbie routine.
Routine is 2 days on 1 day off
I am doing a 5 minute warm up with rice sock, Stretches for 5 minutes, then jelq at low level EQ for 10, then a little stretching focusing on tunica, then rice sock warm down.
One thing I have noticed in each of my attempts to do PE is that every time I start, the first week always feels great, my jelqs feel good, my flaccid hang is good all day, but once I get past that first week or so, it seems the jelqs don’t feel as good as they use to (they don’t hurt or anything), and my flaccid doesn’t hang the same as it did the prior week.
So this is where I am at now. What do you guys think, do you think my penis has come use to the workouts, and isn’t reacting as well, or do you think maybe I tend to over do it a little, and need a few days break and start up again? Or maybe change my routine to an every other day one?
My current stats are 6.3 BPEL by 4.7 EG, I may have gained a hair over my last PE attempts, but not much.
