I started PE 3 days ago.I want to concentrate on length gain. My girth is 6”. I started with stretching but to me it looks like I am stretching mainly skin. On the other hand I am very comfortable with jelquing.Can you give me some advice how to stretch and can I hope in some length gains by just jelquing.

Stretching skin is normal for beginners. It cannot be avoided.

You can certainly gain length by jelqing. A combination of jelqing and stretching has shown to be best, that is the basis of the Newbie Routine. But if you don’t want to stretch, you don’t have to.

I’m also new to PE and thank God that I found this website.Lot’s of very useful information and very useful post’s from members and vets.

on the subject of jelqing and stretching, does jelqing only give length results if done without inbetween breaks? Ive noticed a lot of people talking about how they feel immense blood pressure when they jelq, but I am the opposite. By the time I jelq about 25 to 50 times, I lose more blood pressure than anything. almost like if I dont keep my dick stimulated it just starts to go limp. I try hard to do a good job at keeping the blood pressure in my dick by milking one after the other, before the other has reached the glans (in other words, I jelq the right way), but is it a bad sign if I cant keep it going for a full 200 pumps IN A ROW? and because I cant keep it going for that long, is it still going to help with lenght? should the pressure feel intense enough to feel the blood almost ripping through, like it feels when doing girth work outs?

all I know is that i can only do 25 or so jelqs before I lose blood pressure in my dick, which means the blood probably isnt pushing agianst the walls of my cc’s enough to stretch them thicker and longer. at least thats the way I would think of it.

any comments on this?

I have a similar problem.

I have switched to dry jelqs with a super kegel in between to keep the blood shoved in there.

Also I need to concentrate on going slow and feeling the stretch. I usually feel the ridge of my head and that helps me stay in the moment.

One more question. I was practicing stretching and I think that now I am doing it right. My erect length is 17cm but when I stretch my flaccid penis I can stretch him only to 15cm. I read here about guys who stretch it 2cm above erect length. My question would be is this good or bad for me. I have two theories

1- it is good because my ligaments aren’t stretch very much so when I stretch it it will have more space to grow

2-it is bad because my ligaments are just thight and I can’t stretch it much more

Warm up real good before you stretch and hold the stretch for about ten seconds, see what happens.
