I’m posting this thread because I was wondering what could I do for a better EQ, I do not look forward lenght or girth, I’m happy with my size but when I got into this forum I was experimenting a problem with my erections, they lasted just some seconds with no stimulation, I had no morning woods and needed stimulation to achieve an erection. I went back to working out and eating better, started to cut down the ammount of porn I watch, and even if I still watch it, I have found good benefits off this and I believe the biggest part of my problem was porn. I now experience harder erections without the need of constantly press my kegel muscles to keep it hard (it still goes down withing seconds with no stimulation, but I feel like lasts way longer than before) I still lack of morning woods often, but I do get some, before I started to follow the advices from my last thread, I was getting absolutely no morning wood for months, now I been getting some every now and then, I still rarely get random boners, but I definetely see an improvement on my erection strenght. I just feel like somedays it still needs some work to do to be as hard as it used to be about a year ago. SOmetimes I still feel like I have to press my kegel muscles to stay hard or it will go down quick, I’m working on this and I have found that relaxing the muscles is working a little sometimes and I believe I can achieve some kind of gain but I still need advice with this subject because I just want to enjoy it all and not be constantly worried about it staying hard and pressing no muscle.

For now I’m going to cut porn off all together, because I find it makes me less horny when it comes to get turned on by myself or something else. I’m going to try to give masturbation a rest or atleast just cum every now and then and not every day. (Both of this options has worked so far kinda good as I mentioned to me) but still want to achieve a better EQ so I can keep my erections with less stimulation to non stimulation for a longer time (during sex I have no problem with keeping an erection, the problem comes when I have to get a condom on and have to stop whatever we are doing, then sometimes I Lose the erection and becomes a big drama to get it on because sometimes I get anxious about getting it up again and maintain it to get the condom on and all that or when changing the position takes too long, but besides that, I can go over an hour of sex usually and no problems of erection during stimulation or penetration) and I want to keep working on my kegels, but I need some help and guidance with this.

I also find myself stuck with the KEGEL routines, I explain myself. I been doing kegels for a month now, and I’m not gonna lie and say I do them on the daily basis or I follow the routine in a strict kind of way, I know, dumb of me and I need to really stick to the program, but I need a little help with this. I do kegels almost everyday even if I Don’t do a complete routine(somedays I do) and usually I try to do 3 sessions, 10 reps per session. But I find no success or gains when it comes to kegel in all this time. When I kegel, I don’t really feel the muscle unless I’M hard or semi hard or I had a boner and just lost it and I’m soft but not as soft as normally but maybe at 10% erection, then I find it easy to kegel, make it bounce, hold it and all that, but if I just try to go for it and kegel absolutely soft and relaxed no previous erection or anything like that, I don’t feel like I’M doing it right. I can definetely feel the muscle moving if I place my fingers between my testicles and anus, but I feel it move and go back to place in the right moment, I don’t feel like I’M holding it even if I try, but when I’m hard, semi hard or atleast 10% of an erection I can hold it for like 5-10 seconds. So is there something wrong I might be doing, or something I should to to be able to feel it, isolate it better and get it stronger? Should I do some quick kegels being soft even if only can do 1s and can’t hold them, but also do 5s hard-semi hard kegels ? Should I do some towel raises every now and then too? I also tried holding the pee stream and all that a lot of times, makes no difference, I can feel it, I Know what the muscle feels like, but won’t be able to hold the kegel I flex it and it stops flexing right away.
Can somebody also help me with the “reverse kegels”? I read its the motion you use when you try to let the pee go out or let a fart or number 2 go out, so I Been doing it every now and then during the day and sometimes between kegels, I have also been speeding my pee stream every now and then thinking it might be a way to do them too. But can someone explain me when and how I’m supposed to do them, how many reps or how does it work?

I want to make it clear I have been reading some threads before posting mine and I have been reading a lot in the forum even before I decided to join because wanted to fight for a change and solution, and I’m absolutely grateful for everything you guys do, from the admins to the users, you guys formed a great comunity.

I just finished reading “The Hardness Factor” by Dr. Lamm and have recently began my quest for the best hardness I can get. So far, this is what I’m doing

-following the supplementation reccomendations: l-arginine pycnogenol, and horny goat weed, omega 3, vitamin C & E
-eating a more plant / nutrient dense diet
-swapping animal fats for plant fats where I can.
-Walking/ jogging every morning for 20-30 minutes on top of my current training program
-Sleeping better and earlier
-Doing short relaxation exercises 3 times per day and whenever I get stressed

-I quit porn and only masturbate on sunday. I’ll have sex any time. I dont even ‘think’ porn thoughts. Though I feel alot hornier these days. I was in the store and my dick started to swell like I was 15 when a girl looked at me…

Its been about 2 weeks, but my morning wood is rock hard, sunday sessions i get harder than ever before and I feel this trend will continue

The take home message from that book is that if you pursue cardiovascular health, you can improve your hardness. He has measurable results using a hardness measuring device and many patients have increased their hardness

Since I started masturbating less and watching less porn I been getting better erections and some morning woods, I still don’t get them every morning or too often, and they are not that rock hard, but its definetely something, I will give the supplements a try since I already am doing cardio and I meditate 10-15 mins a day, I will cut porn off for good too,
