Hey Thunder’s Place, let me start off by saying that this is one of the best forums ever! The idea, brotherhood and motivation is fantastic. I’ve been on the forum for a bit, snooping information here and there but I feel that I’m not utilizing this community to its fullest potential. Lets proceed to my curiosity. I’ve been off and on PE since 2012 and I started with the newbie routine and got into 3 months with no gains. I was baffled by no newbie gains and felt I was working on a lost cause, so I quit. Lets fast forward to 2013; I’ve purchased a bathmate (had it for 2 months and its great) and I’m incorporating it into my routine. Going through failed experiences in the past with the jelqing and learning to understand the brilliance of the bathmate I feel I am ready for the long battle before me. I started up fresh at the beginning of March and startied taking vitamins which include; L-arginine & l-lysine , multi vitamins, fish oil, garlic oil, vitamin E, ginseng and Gingko biloba. I usually take a break from the vitamins on the weekend (except multi vitamins, garlic oil, fish oil).

Here’s my Routine

Warm up
8 mins rice sock
4 mins stretch
1 min helicopter shake

5-6 min wet jelq
1 min helicopter shake

Bathmate session
6 x 6min sets
I start off slow in each set and slowly build up after sets. Doing multiple short set has increased internal expansion and minimized fluid retention.

Post Bathmate Session
5-6 mins wet jelq
1 min helicopter shake
100-150 kegels

Warm down
7 min rice sock or Hot shower

Now my question, is this routine to vigorous? I usually do it 2 days on and 1 day off.
My utlimate goal in PE is to achieve 8 x 6. My current stats are 6.6 EL & 5 EG. I highly believe my goal is reachable. I’m open to any advice/suggestions on this long journey.
Also would you recommend me to get an Extender?

How long has it been since you did the newbie routine? If you’re just starting back up again after a long break you should go back to the linear newbie routine to recondition. Also helicopter shakes should be spread out throughout the routine not just a minute of them. Helicopter shakes merely help get fresh blood around the penis. Also I wouldn’t jelq after the bathmate, your penis is probably going to be tired after that, unless your PIs are all still positive then you should be fine.

I finished the newbie routine back in December. I’ve been experimenting with the bathmate on and off the last two months here and there. I feel my penis is still conditioned. If I were to put it on a scale of 1-10, probably be a solid 7. I still jelq but its been limited due to school. I usually do a couple light jelq after the bathmate to decreased lucid retention but I’ll give your advice a shot. In all in for the experimentation. Oh yeah, I just put the helicopter shakes in there to be specific. How is your journey to 8 x 6 going?

Using the light jelqs after the bathmate to reduce fluid buildup is a good idea, however doing another entire jelq session afterward might be too intense. I too am in the same boat being limited by school work, I haven’t been as dedicated to PE as I have in the past unfortunately. I actually started with pretty much the exact same stats as you. After amazing newbie gains from the newbie routine, I’ve slowed down quite a bit, at least in the girth department. Most of my gains have been EQ gains due to masturbation habits… Still have a ways to go to reach 8 NBPEL though, but I have plenty of time to reach my goal.
