Hello to all the newbies. I’ve been doing jelq exercises and stretches since early February. I started off at 5.5inches not BP and close to 6 bone pressed. I’ve noticed that after the first 2 to 3 months your results will not be as quick, and you will feel like you are not gaining at all. I just want to say that,that is a normal part of PE. Just keep at it, because from my personal experience I had no noticeable gains for 2 months till about a week back. I finally gained 1/4 of an inch, and it feels good to see progress again. My ultimate goal is to be 7.5inches bone pressed, so I would have roughly a 7 inch penis not BP. So take it from me, that PE takes time and dedication, and that results will show if your are patient.

I been jelq for only 2days and my penis feels fully & bigger but I’ll check in like a month or two to see if I gain.

Hope to get my girth up first because it’s pretty low at 4”1/4 so after I get to 5” I’m going to focus on length.

Well good luck. I realized that girth increases really rely on jelqing. I gained length more from stretching then anything, and I am assuming most people do also. Just make sure not to over do it. Since you are within the first month of PE you are going to see great improvements if you stick to your routine. I remember that I had gained a little over .5 inches of girth right after the first month, and all I did was 2 ten minute jelq sessions for the first three months. One in the morning one at night.

For the first month all I did was warm up in my shower under hot water till I cleaned my body basically then jelqed under the water (to keep constant heat on my genitals) for about ten minutes. That was in the mornings. Then before I went to bed I dry jelqed for ten minutes. I never incorporated stretches till about a month ago. And I f I was to give any advice to anyone that is new at this, it would be to pick a simple routine at first and just add one thing to it a month. Such as I added stretches in to my routine. It seem to me like my body gets used to my routine and it didn’t occur to me that maybe I should add on to it till about a month or two ago. I can guarantee that I would have more significant gains if I had known that from the start.

How many jelq you do in the 10min time frame.

Well I started off really fast at first, so I would estimate around 300. I have now realised that a good PE work out is dependent on how good you do each jelq as oppose to how many. Another thing that I wish I knew months ago. Now I average around 300 jelqs per day, but with a 15 to 20 minute workout.

Cool I kinda just started and have done 2 sessions at 100 jelqs with 3-4 sec focused strokes. My dick has been hanging nice and good EQ and some slight ‘good’ pain but I think I will only do 50strokes 3x per week to play it safe for the first 2 weeks. Then maybe 75 strokes?? I really don’t know though some say start with 25 yet others 100?

Definatley take it slow and just go by time. Don’t get caught up counting strokes in your head.

Clear your mind and concentrate on how each stroke feels. Go by feel, that will make sure you do them properly.
