When I was a teen/early 20s, I was sexually active and unmarried. I remember girls saying I was big but later as I had sex with more promiscuous women I would hear “Long and Skinny” I remember a girl and I measuring it and it was 7.5 BPEL. I never measured the girth till years later and it was under 5. I remember as a teen, I measured it from the bottom and it hit 8, but I understand that’s not the proper way to do it. Well, years later after not having sex since I divorced in 2004, I am finding myself doing PE just to keep it in I plan on marrying soon. After a few months of off/on erratic PE I finally started measuring it and it has been a solid 6 by 5. Where did the inch and a half go? I guess since I bone pressed all those years ago it was probably more like 7. I’m thinking it’s in there but because I haven’t been active, the ligs contracted a bit. It’s not because of PE. After doing some Jelqs, Golf weight fulcrum stretching and pumping, it feels pretty I’ve increased girth more than length. So now I am getting serious about all aspects of PE. I am considering myself at the “post newbie” point of 6 x 5 (will still continue to do the newbie stuff) and feel the unit is in shape to get more advanced. I’d like to get between 7 and 8 NBPEL and definitely the magic 6 EG. I’m looking into a pirate wench right now but would consider a Bib Hanger as well. I REALLY like pumping and fulcrum stretching.I’m getting girth out of both of those. I’m ready to step it up to the serious gaining. Anybody got any suggestions for an advance routine? Do be aware that lots of guys believe that girth gains make length gains more difficult and so pursue length first. Don’t discount the goodness of getting as much gains as possible from the newbie routine. How long and what kind of PE have you been doing? The guys can give you mo’ better advise in they know your routine.

Yeah, id say do a newbie routine but modify it to what you think you can handle.. I started with the newbie routine and within a week I doubled my times and reps and THAT’S when I started seeing results .. But yeah, good luck to you!

Long Term: 8x6

yeah, I’ve been doing the newbie stuff and have noticed that kegels get more and more effective. Oh yeah…Jelqing, stretching and kegels will always be a part of the routine. And thanks!!
