My Gun , My Problems , My Questions Your Help Your advises

Hello this is my first Thread .I learned about PE before one year but I’m not sure maybe it’s more than an year or maybe is less , I guess I’m one of the few who forgot when they started training their unit.In this period of time I was doing PE but chaotic with no regime . I did mainly jelq . In the beginning my unit was around 16-17sm I am not sure if it was 18 ,maybe it was but now I reached 18 and 19sm ,my goal is to reach 20sm and maybe a little more . The funny thing is that when woke up in the morning in my bed I grab the line and measure my dick and it’s 19 and a half and it’s really strong , but that sensation is only in these minutes before I go out of the bed , then my unit goes in 18sm and bellow.There are something I think I must do.First I think to fix my sleep regime , I usually go to bed in 3-4h in the night and I wake up in the same time in afternoon or in 1-2h afternoon . Other thing I think I must do is to do Kegels which I don’t know very well how to do .And I do not know how to avoid thin in the base of the penis ?? :(

Can you tell me is it important to fix my sleep time ,is it a trouble if I don’t go to bed in 11h in the evening and instead of this I go in 3h in the night.Is it necessary to do Kegels when my dick becomes larger so the blood can go in it ? Is it important to do more sports so my heart becomes stronger and can pump more blood and will Kegels help me with the trouble of getting the bigger dick harder , you see the problem is I can’t make it as strong as it is in the morning when I measure it in the bed and I really want to make it like this , I really like it when I wake up :)

Morning erections are usually the strongest. Kegels will make your penis stronger.

This is a simple instruction for BC kegal. When you are erect lift your dick up. That’s a BC kegal. Do this about 50 times a day to start with build up to 200 throughout the day.

Yes! Congratulations on the gains, varym! I suggest that, if your routine is still giving you gains, you stay with the same routine.

There is never anything wrong with getting exercise or taking better care of yourself.

Thanks ! By the way I don’t have any routine . It’s just jelq when I take shower , even no warm up before start , I think the hot water of the shower is enough . And maybe there is no progress in gains since they are mainly in the morning when I measure my unit in bed right after I wake up . I don’t know for now , I really want to keep morning gains in permanent . I missed to share one important thing .When I wake up I turn myself in bed in position where I lay in my chest and my face and my dick you know and because of that position my dick became between my body and my bed and the blood is pressed or I don’t know for sure but immediately after that I take the line and measure cocky-thing from bone pressed and it shows 19 sm and a half , it’s really strong but it goes down quickly after that .it goes and after 1-2 hour when I’m already out of bed it’s 17-18sm rarely more . That’s all I will make some changes and wait for results .Thanks for your help by now and if you know anything more please let me know , thanks a lot again the site is the best ;)

Hi varym,

You will always have the hardest and most erect dick the first thing when you wake up. Also, you usually need to urinate at this time, and after you do you will always lose that “rock hard” erection. It’s natural.

You haven’t completed your PE Statistics, so there is no way of knowing your age, but I would imagine that you are a young man. Although all healthy men at any age have a very strong erection in the morning when they awake, and I believe the “young” always have the “biggest and strongest” morning erections. Then, later in the day, your erections will, and can be, very hard and erect, but I don’t believe to the extent of a “Morning Erection.” Don’t worry about it. With hard work and dedication, you will certainly make that 19 or 20cm that you dream of having. In inches, that is about 1-1/4” more, and many have be able to accomplish that. It may take time, but I think you have the will to do it. So, get to work and stick with it.

Do take the time to complete the PE Statistics. It is easy. Click the “quick Link” bar at the top, then click PE Statistics, and fill in the information. Then you can keep a record of your progress and gains, and others can see it too.

You said that you do jelqs in the shower. You really need to do more than doing just jelqs. Do you have some privacy at home so that you can do more PE routines?

I would suggest that you follow the “Newbie Routine” by “luvdadus.” Check the PE Enlargement Manual - Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine for this. The “luvdadus” routine consists of the following:
1) 5 minutes warm-up with hot wrap (or in the shower)
2) 5 minutes manual stretch (ten each at 30 second stretches. That is,
stretch your dick out by the head, hold for 30 seconds, then do the following: stretch down towards the floor and hold for 30 sec., then stretch it up towards your belly button and hold, then stretch it to the left and hold, and then to the right and hold. Then, repeat the same routine for the full 5 minutes.
3) 10 minutes of jelqing (200 hundred, slow, 3-5 second strokes)
4) 5 minutes hot wrap to warm-down (or in the shower).
5) 50 kegels of 5 second holds each.

Note:
The warm-up and warm-downs are VERY IMPORTANT to warm and loosen up the ligs. BOTH are equally important, so make sure you do them.
Check out the PE Enlargement Videos for “Stretching” and “Jelqing.”. They are very instructive and you will learn a lot by viewing them.

I hope this will help you. One day you WILL have that 19cm or 20cm dick. It will take time, but you will make it, I am sure. And who knows, maybe you will gain even more!

Panos thank u very very much for you comprehensive reply i will try this newbie routine maybe .I have watched the videos already and i think i know what should i do when i do them . By now i filled my PE statistics and i’m not sure is iit all right i will fix it these days again and check again all measurments . By the way can you tell me is why i sometimes since 4-5 months have bad erection .. i think its because i don’t sleep to well and go to bed too late . I think i already asked this question but is night sleep important for dick ? I read somewhere that a man got a dozen erections in the night and if they are many your dick will be more erected and more hard but if you don’t sleep well you will not be hard and can cost your erections being weak . I maybe already know the answer because i used to have more good erections before .Please let me know your experience and knowledge about this and thanks again for your post i will check the newbie routine soon.

Yes, a good sleep routine is VERY IMPORTANT, especially for the young, but also for people of all ages. So, Varym, try to get a minimum of 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night. It is important for your health and the health of your dick.
You say in your PE Statistics that you get 10 hours a day. So, it seems that you are getting enough sleep.

During sleeping, you go through various sleeping cycles and one of them is REM sleep, of which you have many. During these REM sleeps, you have many erections which, as I understand it, cleanses the chambers of the penis and is a very good thing. Your final erection is at the time you awake, and is usually, again as I understand it, the strongest and most erect and hardest of the sleep erections. That is probably why you have the best measurements just after you awaken in the morning. Yes, and when you do NOT get a good night’s sleep you will not have good REMS and therefore you will not have those many “important” erections during the night.

Why do you go for 4-5 months with bad erections? I do not know the answer to that, my friend. Maybe you have stayed out too late and have not gotten enough good sleep, or maybe you are worried about something. It could be anything. At your age you should have good daytime erections. But, be persistent in doing your PE: stretches, jelqs, and kegels and your dick will become healthy and you will get good erections when every you want them.

I’m glad that you completed your PE Statistics, but I think your girth measurements are incorrect. The measurement of the girth is “around” your dick. You gave it as 1-1/2” (l.5000), but that is only 3-3/4cm. which is very VERY small. Did you take the measurements of the “across thickness” from side to side, or did you take the measurement “around” your dick? The
“around” measurement is the correct measurement. If you are using a hard ruler, then use a piece of string, mark it and then measure the string. Also, try to get and enter your flaccid measurements. This will help you keep a record of your progress and gains in length and girth for both your erect and flaccid dick. You can enter them every 14 days, every 30 days, or whenever you wish. It will show, compute and record your gains. Recording is a good thing.

Also, if you have a digital camera, you might want to take photos of your dick in an erect and flaccid state, with a wood or stiff plastic ruler to show the measurements. To take measurements “around” for girth, you must use a cloth measuring tape. You can do this occasionally when you have gains to show your progress.

You need to drink more than 1 x 8oz (240ml) of water a day. You should drink at least 8 x 8oz (8 x 240ml) of water a day. It is good for your body’s health and also that of your penis.

So, Buddy, Please check out the “luvdadus” Newbie Routine (as I wrote down for you) and get started doing it. Do the entire routine. You will not be sorry, and you will enjoy it.

Kegeling regularly, and also Behind the Balls (BTB) jelqing helped my erections.

Wt282 what is this BTB jelqing ? I was doing something behind the balls or I’m not sure what it was .I just jelq in the base of my dick hanging my balls too .And because of hanging balls it is very short jelqing .It gets my dick harder and my balls too.Please let me now if this is BTB jelqing . I tryied some search for this but i got confused by the postings about it.Are there pictures showing this ?

Well, it sounds like you are on the right track. You are jelqing essentially behind your balls. When I do it, I am at my normal jelq-condition (partially erect), and I jelq using my finger tips and thumb tip. Flexing your fingers and thumb to make a “C” out of your hand… then grasp the shaft as it runs behind your balls and into your body. Lightly apply pressure while moving forward until your hand cannot move forward due to hitting your balls. My penis would kind of “inflate” each time I did a jelq. That’s how I figured it was working. I did not really do a lot of these… only 100 or so good ones were able to help with erection level for me. I think I did them about 2 - 3 times a week only. Just play around with it… find out what suits you best.
