I’ll post in the newbie forum because I may post some questions.

I’ve been on and off from PE for about a year by now. The longest routine I’ve ever had was 6 weeks. Sometimes jelqing, sometimes stretches, sometimes both. Some times I want to grow a monster, and some times I just realize that I’m not small (like in under average).

My biggest discouragement has been discoloration, though. I am circumsized and already have some discoloration on the shaft due to that, and that’s fine, because I know that when I’m done with PE, or if/when I get severe discoloration, I can peel it off. My concern is about my glans discoloration.

As I recently stated, I have some discoloration on my glans. Not very severe at all, but it’s there, and it disturbs me. You can only see it from different angles, and when you do, you clearly see a difference between the discolored area and the not discolored. I’ve also got some small stretch marks on my glans (very small, they doesn’t concern me that much). At erect state my discoloration is more reddish than black - the same after jelqing.

Have you any solution that has worked for you, that has removed glans discoloration? I posted a thread some time ago about peeling the glans, but none seems to have tried this out. Instead I got recommendations not to do this, so I didn’t. I’ve heard about massaging under heat, but didn’t get any good search results. Anyone that have tried this (with sucess or not?).

I’m very anxious to continue PE, but I find it better to find a solution for this before I begin again (and might get more discoloration). All answer greatly appreciated.

My question would concern if you hold your jelquing grip so that you hit the CS (softer corpora on the underside of your shaft) too hard?

I notice that when I’ve done that the pressure in the glans gets… hard. I understand the risk of discoloration being increased with highpressure exercises (compare: Hobby’s discoloration after doing extreme ulis).

Unfortunately I have no suggestions for removal of discoloration, other than that hot-cold cycles is used by physiotherapists to make blood “pump” through tissue to clean out junk from damage (ie stretched tendons when busting ankle). But that involves hot water - ice bucket - hot water. Kind of rough on your glans.

Yes, I jelq at an overhand OK-grip which is much tougher on my penis than jelqing the other way around (underhand?) on all aspects. My CS gets very hard indeed, especially near my glans.

What you should really do is find a level of PE that does not cause discoloration in the first place. It is really a sign of trauma and when you have that much tissue damage, you really can’t expect to grow. When you go to a gym, everybody’s muscles aren’t black and blue from working out and if they were, you would wonder what in the hell they were doing wrong and for sure would take action to prevent it.

So stay under your trauma level when you do PE and your results will be much better.

Probably, yes. I’m just afraid that my discoloration that I have now is going to get worse. It would be good to have a solution if things happens. But yes, when I do continue with PE, I’ll take it very light.

You should find a level that stimulates good blood flow and makes your penis look healthier and fully engorged. Then you are doing it right.

I overdid Horse 440s years ago with the result of two dark, sort of “skunk” stripes running down both sides of my urethra. Though it took about two years, they both faded away.

It is not at all unusual for the glans to take on a different (darker) color when erect than the shaft is. None of your sex partners will pay attention to that. If you do notice it getting darker (not just imagining it is), focus on what routine you have been doing and alter that.

avocet: I think I didn’t make myself clear about the difference in color from errect to flaccid: It’s dark (like in black) when flaccid, but at erect the area that used to be dark is reddish (this just looks healthy, though).
