Most effective Length PE, hanging vs manual stretch

hi guys, im wondering what is the most effective in gaining length, or is there any other length exercises beside hanging and manual stretching that is much better than the two exercises i said?

i tried hanging a few days ago, but i feel unconfortable even with the 2.2 pounds, maybe because of the wrapping, i feel the pain in the skin not the inside part of the penis, i dont know where to buy theraband in my place, i found execise bands, but its too thick, around .5cm its too thick. so im using ace bandage, but i fell uncorfortable with it, maybe there is something wrong in applying the wrap. and im using a homemade captains wench, but the velcro im using is hard, its not soft, i cant find a good quality velcro, i found some good quality but too short, around 4inches its not enought. thats why im going back to stretching. i hope stretching will give a good result. i havent increase in length after more than a month of exercises 25 mins a day. 5 min warmup 5min stretching 10 mins jelq 5 mins warm. 40 mins in total because of break times, and re warming up after some stretch.
