I’ve noticed that I don’t have morning wood for a three days now so I’m wondering do I stop and take a break or just go a little easier on myself the next time?

A little easier for a couple of days first and if you don’t see any results, stop for a week and start over doing either less days or less volume.

I’ve noticed a big difference in morning wood. I tend to pump in the evenings, and by morning the fluid has cleared somewhat, but the core of my dick is really solid when I wake up these days. Never used to experience this until I started pumping.

It’s possible you may be overdoing it just a little.

I have to say, it’s great feeling a real solid core first thing.

Yeah….probably a bit overdoing. Not too much, just a tad more than needed.

Maybe about 40 v jelqs is better for you.

I had morning wood that was almost painful when I started. The EQ was the first immediate improvement that I noticed.

If you used to get morning wood, then you’re right to be concerned about not getting it anymore. But it’s probably just a bit of over-training, as bill10 said.

I think that while the penis is in the recovery stage it is less likely to get spontaneous erections, such as morning wood. So it’s never a good idea to beat up your dick too much so that it stays in the recovery stage for too long.

Also, do you use heat? Among its many benefits, I find that heat shortens the recovery time by a lot.

Also, ease up on the masturbation. And don’t ejaculate every time you masturbate, and NEVER ejaculate during your PE routine.

I believe ejaculation and PE are a bad combination. You don’t get much blood flow to the penis after ejaculation. And combined with most PE exercises, it makes for a very long recovery time.

There are other things that may affect morning wood, such as sleep, stress, exercise, nutrition; but I assumed all other things to be equal, and your PE routine is the only major change.

Hey eponymous, I got my morning wood back and I think the problem was in sleeping because I always went to sleep in 3-4 in the morning and slept for about 6 hours and I would wake up many times in the morning and try to get back to sleep.
