Mods help with formatting

I would like to post some analytics based on the PE database but it is a lot of data and I have a few questions for the mods:

- is there a working vB code to produce tables on this forum?
- is there a working vB code to produce named anchors on this forum?
- is there a limit on number of characters in a single post?

Our PE data site can be downloaded than opened with Openoffice; then you can perform about any function on it. Once done, better to upload it as a calc sheet instead than pasting into a post.
