What would be considered the maximum resting period after 4 or 5 days on jelqing and stretching before loss of gains occur?

15-okt-2008 --- NBEL 6,4" --- EG base 5,3" --- EG mid 5,25" --- EG top 5,6"

In my humble opinion, the day you feel that your unit is healed, or better, the day after that.
AKA it is not sore, your erections are of the same quality(or if you’re lucky, better) than before your last five day frenzy.

I personally wouldn’t worry about loss until a couple of months go by, but let’s see what others have to say.

I took a 3-5 month resting period after a plateau and never lost anything. If anything, it helped me gain as soon as I got back into it.

It all depends whether you subscribe to the theory that healing produces gains, or a lack of healing and continually stretching the penis produces gains.

I’m sure everyone is different, but I find the more I stretch the better. If I take more than a day or two off, it takes me twice as much stretching time to hit fatigue, as opposed to just continually stretching it day in and day out.

So you have to decide which theory will produce gains, experiment with both and find what fits for you.
