I’m eager to read how much you gain as well.

This is awesome bro, keep up the good work.

PhoenixNow Progress Reports

Started August 2018: BPEL/MEG 5.7" x 5" - Now: 6.1" x 5.25" BEG: 6.25"

Goal: BPEL/MEG 8.5" x 6.5"

I got fast results with pump too. Actually i did jelqs for half a year (maybe a bit wrong) and got 0 girth gains, but with pump few weeks was enough to get 1/5 inch. I’m not using pump after that, but half of result still remained without any exercises.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

Hey man, just curious, what’s your routine look like? What pressure, duration, and how many sets, how often a week? Thanks

This thread has all the answers you’re looking for. With my very aggressive high pressure pumping regimen, I’ve literally seen week on week gains; mostly in girth, but some in length as well. I’m going to measure Sunday night (two days after my last pumping session) and see if I’ve gained any. I think I have, because I’ve been doing an OK grip around my midshaft with my index finger and thumb multiple times a day since I started PEing and the grip is very snug and is actually displacing some skin now, which wasn’t the case last week. Last week it was just snug! :D

Though that’s not to say these gains are fully cemented. It’s possible that if I stop, I’ll lose some size. But I know that most of it is permanent.

10Hg and above vacuum pressure pros and cons.
