So today marks my first 7 straight days of vacuum pumping.

I started off at 3 inHG for 10 minutes and over several days moved up to 5 inHG for 10 minutes, then massage, then 5 inHG for 5 minutes. No signs of discoloration or edema. I always go into the tube at 90-100% EQ.

Today I did my morning session like usual but I woke up extremely horny so vacuum pumping felt so good. I decided to be adventurous and do 5 inHG for 30 minutes.
After the session, while massaging I was surprised at how much larger my cock looked erect. The surface skin had a very distinct spongey feel to it, and my girth/length looked larger than usual.
I also could see the signs of a slight doughnut underneath my head while erect. Normally my head is the thickest girth, but with the doughnut it looked like my shaft was equally thick today. When I am flaccid there is also a bit of a doughnut underneath my head. For reference I am circumsized.

I really don’t want any disfigurations or loss of EQ, so what do you guys recommend for managing edema doughnuts?
Should I do a full stop on daily vacuum pumping until it goes away OR go for shorter sessions?

Edema will not impact your EQ. There’s nothing wrong with edema per se. You might consider it a sign that you’ve reached the end of an effective session. The higher vac pressure/longer time which leads to edema can impact your EQ. Reduce time and or vac pressure until you find the point where edema starts to build up. From your post 15 min did not have edema, but 30 did. Try 25 or 20. In a few weeks increase time again and test the previous limit.

Edema goes away in a few hours.

A week straight is too much in my opinion. You need to have some rest days in your routine. Your dick needs time to and recover. I like 5/2. Some guys like 2/1 or 3/1. Sometimes life introduces its own rest days so, just use those.

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

You’re gonna have to find what works for you. I get better results and less edema with short sets and pulsing at higher pressure. Some guys do better with low pressure and long sets. 15 minutes at -4Hg will give me the sponge dick, but 5 minute sets pulsing from moderate (5-7) to higher (10-12) pressure gives me great expansion with almost no edema at all. The tiny little donut I do get is always gone within 5-10 minutes of edging.

Current: Oct 15, '22 - 7.875" BPEL, 5.875" MSEG

GOAL: 8" BPEL X 6" MSEG
