Ok for lots theory I am a 7:00 I feel loss of tugback when it points down around 7, Does that mean that hanging is going to be completely useless for me? And what excersises can I concentrate on 1# for maximum length, And 2# for maximum girth. If you guys were 7:00 lot, What would you do? Thanks for the advice
