I started my very first routine ever 35 days ago focusing only on girth. I would do a modified jelq at 80-90% erection level and would kegel blood in blood and slide up and hold for 30 seconds and continue for 5minutes with 5min rest time. This would add up to a total for 15-20min of jelqs and 15-20min of rest time. I’ve had bad Pi’s such as loss of morning wood and not as hard erections. Some people say this is normal as I break down my tunica walls, but I’m not sure. I was wondering if I should just drop this and start a beginner routine. Help please!

Back off on the erection level and completely stop the holds until you’re better conditioned.

Your way overtraining! 35 days in you should have amazing PI’s.

So what do I do? Continue the routine?

No holds and no more than a 70% erection. Take 4-5 days off and start again with just the jelqs and stretches.

Alright sounds good. Btw I never did a “conditioning routine” and just found this routine and its my first ever attempt at P.E. Just making sure I don’t need to do that before going on my current routine

You should start with the newbie routine.
