Looking to add girth
Hello Guys, I’m new to TP but certainly not new to PE. I have been jelqing on and off for a good 3 years now, and although I can say I’m not sure if Jelqing made gains ( I started at 18 years old, and grew about .25 in girth and a good .75 in in length) but I believe it was more natural growing through aging.
Now, I haven’t ever been truly consistent for more than a month to two at a time, then I end up stopped for a good month then starting but my penis was always worn out. I’ve been an excessive masturbater for years and I can tell it’s taking it’s toll. Due to my intense grip I used to masturbate and the wear and tear on my circumcised penis/glans, I’ve lost a lot of sensitivity, my orgasms are weak, and my PC muscle is so weak it’s hard to do kegels now.
I am currently sitting at about :
7” - NBPEL
5.5” - EG (mid), 4.7” (Glans)
As you can see from my stats, although my dick isn’t extremely long, my girth in comparison to my length is not good.
With a combination of getting back into PE and No longer masturbating, I think I can regain most of what is lost in terms of sensitivity and increase my girth and erections.
I do have some questions for gaining girth in this situation.
1) Since I have used such a hard grip when masturbating and have jelqed on and off for the past 3 years, can I jump into jelqing/clamping (instead of 3 x 10 min, maybe 3 x 3 minutes and working up)? I know most will say do the newbie routine, but I’ve done it a good 3 or 4 times and have yet to see any increases.
2) Since I’m in need of girth, I should be mostly focused on dry jelqing? Or should a combo of dry and wet work great?
3) During my routine, I’m thinking of starting back with 3x3min sets of Clamping with jelqing between sets, this look good to start back into?
