Hello Guys, I’m new to TP but certainly not new to PE. I have been jelqing on and off for a good 3 years now, and although I can say I’m not sure if Jelqing made gains ( I started at 18 years old, and grew about .25 in girth and a good .75 in in length) but I believe it was more natural growing through aging.

Now, I haven’t ever been truly consistent for more than a month to two at a time, then I end up stopped for a good month then starting but my penis was always worn out. I’ve been an excessive masturbater for years and I can tell it’s taking it’s toll. Due to my intense grip I used to masturbate and the wear and tear on my circumcised penis/glans, I’ve lost a lot of sensitivity, my orgasms are weak, and my PC muscle is so weak it’s hard to do kegels now.

I am currently sitting at about :

7” - NBPEL
5.5” - EG (mid), 4.7” (Glans)

As you can see from my stats, although my dick isn’t extremely long, my girth in comparison to my length is not good.

With a combination of getting back into PE and No longer masturbating, I think I can regain most of what is lost in terms of sensitivity and increase my girth and erections.

I do have some questions for gaining girth in this situation.

1) Since I have used such a hard grip when masturbating and have jelqed on and off for the past 3 years, can I jump into jelqing/clamping (instead of 3 x 10 min, maybe 3 x 3 minutes and working up)? I know most will say do the newbie routine, but I’ve done it a good 3 or 4 times and have yet to see any increases.

2) Since I’m in need of girth, I should be mostly focused on dry jelqing? Or should a combo of dry and wet work great?

3) During my routine, I’m thinking of starting back with 3x3min sets of Clamping with jelqing between sets, this look good to start back into?

First things first: your erection quality didn’t suffer for your masturbation excesses; I am a “compulsive masturbator” since I’m 15 (around 1 hour a day AT LEAST) and my erection quality just improved or sustained over the years (and I believe that’s exactly why).

If what you’re saying is that you used jelq INSTEAD of masturbate, then it’s a different thing but then again - if you didn’t hurt yourself there’s no real reason for you to have poorer erection quality (in fact, some guys preach that jelqing regularly should be done to keep the engorgement and overall health of the penis).

Now… what exactly you tore? The frenulum? How did this happened?

Your questions:

1)IMHO, there’s no “dangerous” P.E. exercise if you start gently, slowly and carefully; clamping, for instance, I believe is far less intense than jelqing and way safer. There’s sorta myths telling the opposite but there isn’t a real greater danger in clamping than in jelqing doesn’t. The newbie routine is a standard for gains but I NEVER gained 0.000001” doing EXTREME manual girth exercises and gained around 0.5” in 3-4 months doing extremely light clamping.

2)If you are uncircumcized and you can move your skin freely (like me), dry jelqing it’s much cheaper and not messy at all. However, I would advise you to watch for the intensity of the grip because dry jelqing gave me a hell of discoloration; let your skin breathe from time to time or do wet jelqs. It’s really a bitch since it’s harder to do nice wet jelqs having that skin moving but having discoloration is also a bitch.

3)I really know few of ‘routines’; I guess the simpler the better, specially if you’re starting.

5.5” girth is excellent, you are about the size I want to be when I reach my goal. :)

Yeah, I don’t know where you read that your dick isn’t big or proportionate. Because with a NPB of 7” and a girth of 5.5”, you are very big in my opinion. You would easily be able to convince any girl that you’re 8-8.5” long ;)

Sorry guys, I didn’t explain myself correctly.

I do not suffer from ED at all, and my erections aren’t at all weak, they are still pretty good. Just not as good they can be, and were in the past! When I abstain from masturbating for a week or so, my EQ is so much better that my base girth and mid girth surely increases a bit.

Let me remind you these stats are on a good day. Typically, I’m 6.75 NBPEL and around 5.3-5.5 EG (mid). Which is nice and I’m happy but My penis shape takes away from the girth. I’m about 5” at the base, 5.3-5.5” at the mid and the head is usually around 4.7”. My goal is to get towards 7.7 to 8” NBPEL and 5.5”Girth at the head and 6” Girth mid.

This leaves my avg. Penis girth around 5”. So I know it can be improved. So you think it’s okay to start clamping at a moderate intensity for 3 sets of 3 minutes and Jelq between sets?

I know I’m ”new” to the forum and will probably upset some of the ”vets” telling you this, but I’d suggest doing like you are considering and look into learning how to clamp properly. I’m a pretty seasoned clamper myself with 3/4” of girth to show for it. If you need help let me know and I can put together some pointers. I also agree that any man can learn to do ANY PE successfully despite experience if he starts ”low and slow”. In fact the information CD I’m putting together which is intended for my future son, contains info ONLY on clamping.

Buddy… P.E. is a lonely activity; P.E. is not an exact science; P.E. makes your penis bigger.

With that in mind, start working. There’s no formula for anyone and the best to do is experiment. It will take time for you to see the results of anything new you’re experimenting in P.E. and there’s a hundred variables to analyse.

Be wise, start low and slow — you can’t hurt yourself that way.

P.S.: 3 sets of 3 min. is really, really low and slow IMHO; also don’t think there’s need to jelq between the exercises.
P.S.S.: search for Big Girtha’s posts. He went from 4.5 girth to 6.5 if I’m not wrong.

5.5” MSEG is great but if you want to go for more, only two exercises have worked for me. Dry jelq with a 70-90% erect and clamping. Once you have conditioned your unit, go for clamping along with the jelqs. Good luck!
