Looking For Advice

Hi all,

I’ve been reading Thunder’s for a while now but just managed to get a membership in the last wave.

I’ve been doing a modified newbie routine for the last 2 weeks. Now up to:

Warmup in the shower
6 min stretches ( 30 seconds each. 3 straight, 3 down, 3 up, 3 assisted v-stretch (maybe too advanced?))
Warm-down

*Note: I’ve been pretty bad at ensuring that warmup/down is at least 5 min. I’m unsure how important this minimum is.

7.5 min wet jelq (around 75? 3 seconds-ish. It’s hard to get the timing right)

I usually jelq some time after stretching, without warmup.
I’m jelqing at rather low hardness, maybe between 25-60%. I follow the “New Jelq City Method”

2 days on, 1 day off.

Starting stats:

6.1 NBPEL
Just short of 7 BPEL
Just over 7 BPFSL (Bad ruler, hard to see exactly, less than 0.5 greater than BPEL for sure)

About 5.4 EG

EQ is on average an 8.

In the first couple weeks (before I started this routine) I jumped from no-PE to 10 min stretch, 200 jelqs in a week.
On the second week I got more impatient and tried Memento’s routine (2in in 6months or bust).

I noticed initial gains in EQ, morning wood, but when I started the more intense workouts my EQ went downhill fast so I stopped for about half a week.
Then I started my current routine.

Thus far I’ve noticed no (permanent) gains in either flaccid or erect length or girth. I was however, getting better EQ up until today.
I just increased the stretch from 5min to 6min and jelqing from 5min to 7.5min in the last two days, and am noticing a slight soreness in the body of my penis, and the disappearance of morning wood. I still get decent erections, and can have sex without pain, but I’m not sure if I’m overdoing it.

I’ve read TGC theory and figured I need to work on tunica stretching, but not sure how best to go about it. I’m also somewhat perturbed at the disparity between my NBPEL and BPEL. I’m 6’2 and about 180lbs, maybe a couple extra pounds but nothing that would explain almost an inch of fat pad.

Additionally I’d be curious to know what technique other PEers use for stretching. I’m circumcised and try to follow the 1/4” behind the glans rule, but find that I will inevitably slip up the head or even lose the grip entirely. I’m also uncertain whether a 15 second hold, dropping and then immediately reapplying for another 15 seconds counts as a 30 second stretch.

Anyway, I was just hoping to get some feedback from other newbies and hopefully some old hands to see if I’m on the right track. I’m hoping for the fabled 8x6, though I realize it will take some time to get there. I’m rather frustrated because after about a month I have no concrete gains (though I realize my routine has not been ideal).

Apologies for the long post, just a bunch of things that had been on my mind but I had been unable to post.
Glad for the opportunity to be part of the forums.
Thanks all.

Firstly, welcome to Thunders.

You will find alot of member with experience telling you that 1 month is really not that long. Personally if I noticed positive PIs, I wouldn’t change the routine for another 4 or so months. Take a week or 2 off and restart with your initial routine and continue doing that for a few months and see how it goes.

About the stretching, that would be 2x15 not 1x30

Well to answer the stretching problem with your grip slipping up to the glans I have done that before and I haven’t had really any problems but definitely try to stay below the glans because I had the red dot syndrome on the top of my penis head and I think it was partly due to my grip during stretching and a high erection level during jelqing good luck with your routine and gains.

Two weeks is nothing in the world of PE. Think months. Then think more months.

I am not sure that “warm down” does anything at all. Warm up is more crucial, imo.

I dunno avocet; warm down increases circulation after your session and therefore decreases healing time. Thats how I always saw it. Both should be done. Can’t hurt to do it right? (:
