Where to start..

I stumbled upon Thunder’s Place around 5 years ago (when I was 17). I was very intrigued with PE, as I’ve always been into health, nutrition, and exercise, and figured my guy needed some exercise as well

I started at ~6.0” BPEL x 4.75”. I PE’d for about 5 months, but didn’t have a strict regimen. I followed the newbie routine (I think I actually cut the exercises short), however I opted out of warm wrapping pre and post workout (due to sheer laziness.. Don’t have really any other excuse). After those 5 months of on and off, I got up to 6.75” x 4.85”.

Due to being in the dorms my first two years of college, I retired from PE’ing. I never really thought about it my 3rd year of college, even though I was in an apartment. Now, I’ve decided to get back into it..

I restarted 2 weeks ago. I didn’t do a proper measurement from the very beginning, so we’ll just go with what I have right now:

NBPEL: 6.5”
BPEL: 6.8” (read: I’m a skinny SOB without hardly any fat pad, training for a marathon will do that)
EG (mid): 5”
EG(base): 6”

Very similar to what I was left off with nearly 4.5 years ago.

I think I’m a pretty good candidate for PE since

A) My angle of erection is EXTREME (like nearly pointing to the sky) - this probably means that my ligs have quite a bit of stretch left in them, right?
B) I have good cardiovascular health - getting and maintaining quality erections is a piece of cake.

So, getting back into PE, and starting with a little bit of a modified newbie routine:

-5 minute warm up with rice sock
-10 min stretching (behind left cheek, right cheek, straight down, v-stretch, each x30s then repeat)
-15 minutes of jelqing w/ kegels between 3-5 sec strokes
-5 minute warm down with hot towel.

I like to have a schedule of when I do things, so I PE on certain days. Right now this is how it breaks down:

Sun - ON
Mon - ON
Tue - off
Wed - ON
Thur - ON
Fri - off
Sat - off

Does this look alright? Would I be better to do something like:

Sun - off
Mon - ON
Tue - off
Wed - ON
Thur - off
Fri - ON
Sat - off

I really would prefer to have a strict schedule of days as I adhere to these better, other than just saying “I’ll do something every other day” or “Two on one off”. Just a personal preference I guess. Four days a week should be good, right? Any type of solid regimen will be better than how I approached it 5 years ago :)

OH - and I made a Captn Wench. I lightly ADS a couple days a week at work (work in a library at school and do nothing but sit and homework). Good idea, or bad?

And goals:

3 months
BPEL: 7.25”
EG: 5.2”

6 months
BPEL: 7.5”
EG: 5.3”

9 months
BPEL: 7.75”
EG: 5.4”

1 year
BPEL: 8.0”
EG: 5.5”

X years (what I want to cement at, hopefully I can get ‘er done in 2 years)

BPEL: 8.5”
EG: 6”

I figure this will give me 8 NBPEL x6 which would be awesome :D

Lofty goals I suppose, but gotta aim for something. Tips, recommendations to my current regimen, encouragement, etc. Is appreciated :)

Welcome laxmiddie, you’re one of the most ancient newbies around I suppose :) .

One thing will never lack on Thundersplace is support, but also honesty. It’s not encouraged to prefix
short-term goals; growth is somewhat a random thing in PE, and trying forcing things won’t help. Stay consistent and likely you’ll have better sexual health and gains in size, but never say “I’m going to gain 1/x inches in Y months” and so - you’ll be at risk of both injuries and discouragement.

So said, good luck on your gains:) .

marinera - sound advice, however I have always set the bar high for myself. I don’t get disappointed if I don’t reach it so long as I’ve given a proper effort. Also since I’ve grown up in sports, I’m totally aware of the fact you can push yourself too hard, and I have no desire to explode my penis :)

I set those there just as a guideline. If I gain anything I’ll stay encouraged and forge ahead. Heck, even if I don’t realize gain I’ll keep doing it just because people have had success with it so hopefully some point results will come in.

I WILL say though that I think my girth has already increased substantially (read: last time I measured it was ~4.85”, now it’s 5”). I think it’s because I’m taking my time during jelqs as opposed to rushing when I tried way back when. When I’m done with my jelq session my penis looks very fat; I haven’t measured but I’d be surprised if it’s not 5.1”+ mid shaft after jelqing.

I too had an extreme angle of erection before starting PE. While standing up it had to point to 2 o’clock. Now its at almost 12.

Kind of confused. Do you mean you started nearly at 12 o’clock and now you’re closer to 2?

Nope. The angle of my erection has actually become even more extreme. Stretching and jelqing had not lowered this as you had assumed. Since starting PE, my already rock hard erections have only become even stronger and harder. And Length gains have been great. It seems as if after every month of a routine I take a week off then come back with 1/4 of an inch.

Personally, I would really like to lower my extreme angle but so far only a weaker erection makes it lower. Any ideas?

I don’t mind my extreme angle at all. In fact, I’d prefer to keep it. Crushes the g-spot* :p

*Edit: This might have something to do with my slight upwards curve too. I prefer this as well.

but you can change how you hit the G-spot by how you have sex

if you go into a different position then your cure won’t hit the g-spot at all…

I too don’t really like my extreme extreme angle(I also have a curve which I don’t mind). But I don’t think there is anything you can really do about it. The only time it stands straight out is when my erection is really weak. Where I’m about 7.75BPEL, however if its standing straight up and I measure it parallel to the floor its about 8.25BPEL. This is a massive difference, and why I like my extreme angle. I think it might have something to do with the toughness of my tunica (extremely hard erections.) So far length gains have been fantastic, but girth has been a problem.

I wouldn’t try to set a schedule for PE as you will most likely not be able to stick to it. I just do it when ever I can, the most I’ve done is 4 days in a row but I have also gone 4 days without due to injury. Listen to your cock, he will tell you what schedule to go by.
