Little Twisted version of newbie routine
Hi, I’ve been stretching and jelqing since the date on my signature.
But I’ve never really done kegels even though I should.
Here is what I did:
5 min warm up with hot running water in the shower
5 min stretching as shown in the video
30 min jelqing, I don’t even know how many times I jelqed
5 min cool down with hot running water in the shower
Based on that, is that okay?
I know I’m not following the normal newbie routine but I see my penis fattening afterwards. My flacid got really puffed up too, permanently.
I can’t never really get 100% boner though. Yet I think I’ve gained a little bit.
I feel like newbie routine isn’t enough because I’ve done newbie routine before but not for long. Maybe a week then I’d get busy and won’t make time for it. It’s been like that since like October.
Also, when I jelq, you know how your skin goes along with it? Do I just stop it right before the glans? Or should the hand be before the glans?
I want to know if I’m doing right or wrong before I do another one today.
Oh and also, I’ve been doing it everyday. No days off.
