Little red spots
I have done quite a bit of PE and I have seen the little red pin prick spots, generally when I have an extremely intense routine. Whenever I have them I also have extra girth in my flaccid hang between .1 and .2 inches increase. I know generally people say to stop PE until they go away which takes no more than 24 hours, usually less. Also I have noticed that they are a precursor to a diminutive amount of gains when they occur but I believe they are a sign that a workout was good especially in regards to girth work. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
