Little Pain In The Urethra Area When First Tightening The Clamp?

So i just started clamping and i suck at it. Cant get the wrap right and have to tighten nearly all the way etc and still dont get a huge engorgement. However one thing i noticed im a bit curious about is when i tighten the clamp i feel like a small stab of pain way up on the tip where the urethra is. Any guesses why? Btw i wish clamping had its own forum.

Be careful with that as there’s a good chance it’s caused by compressing a nerve.
What are you wrapping with ?
Some guys have had success glueing dense foam to the inside of their clamps to reduce the diameter a bit.

I am using a mouse pad but i need to find something else as im sure im not doing it right. Clamping the hell out of it and it doesnt even engorge that much.

I’ve had some discomfort in my urethra from dry jelqs. I took it as a sign to back off. Just because your not expanding doesn’t mean internal pressure isn’t at a dangerous level. Don’t allow pain into your routine. I’d rest it a week.

That’s what I use. It’s the pre glued stuff you get with a new window air conditioning unit.

I think you need to give up on the idea that clamping is for you, it’s not worth the risk if your already feeling pain.

How long have you been doing PE?

Been doing PE since November 1st of last year. I am going to put clamping on the shelf for now and stick to manuals and pumping as i am getting growth with that just not much girth gains.

If your getting growth stick to what’s working for you. We all gain differently, take what you can get while can get it. Clamping is something I didn’t try until year 2 out of fear of injury. When I finally did try it I went slow until I felt I was in a good groove.

Have you tried edging with a cockring? Same idea but not as intense.

I tried clamping a couple times in my life for a couple weeks or so.

Long story short could not get it to work for me. Odd pain, creepy tingly sensation, destroyed EQ.

Not everyone is built to clamp.

Kingscountry’s idea about edging w a cockring is a good one.

I have some super tight silicone cockrings I use to mimic clamping. If I stack three on my shaft, it pretty much clamps my erection off.

As to your pumping and girth, have you ever tried gprent’s incremental routine? I gained girth from that after a long plateau.

I believe when I did it, I started at 3,4,5 range. Then 4,5,6. Eventually 5,6,7 range.

I use the Screaming O during sex from time to time my only complaint is it hold back my blasting, cum just dribbles out. Otherwise it’s perfect for edging, Leluv has some good ones too.

Gprent’s incremental pumping is awesome I just finished up on session. He’s spot on about using a broccoli band or for me a cockring after.

Johngalt87, sometimes it’s a process of elimination finding right exercise and or conjunction of exercises. Make sure you edge after sessions it’s something I wasn’t doing after pumping before I started clamping and I think it was holding me back.

Thanks for the info guys i will definitely get some of those cock rings. First clamping session i did went well but like is my custom i may have over done it i did 3 10 min sets then pumped at low pressure for 15 mins after lol. Dick felt amazing after though and it was nearly half an inch thicker then normal at the end with basically no Edema i thought i had found the perfect routine but since then i havent been able to get a good clamp on its either painful or i have this weird vein on the left side of my shaft which i dont know if it always did it or not but moves easily inside the skin. Not sure how to explain it but it feels weird now. I do basically gprents incremental routine except it i do 5hg as a base but have spurts where i up the pressure. First it might be 3 mins at 6 hg then back to 5hg then like 2.5 mins at 7hg then back to 5 hg then 2 mins at 8hg then back to 5hg etc. Been working great for length started at 6.125” bpel november 1st and fluctuate between 6.75 and 6.875” now depending on EQ. But girth has barely moved although as was pointed out to me in the Edema thread its probably due to to long in the tube causing edema. Today i tried at different pump routine and got the same LUV in less time and with less edema so i will stick with that for now.

Agreed, they are too tight for sex!

JG: definitely avoid pain or weird. There was a great Thundersplace member called Kingpole. Lots of wisdom from that guy. He said always keep PE in the “pleasure zone.”
