Hello guys, I need your help before I start PE.

I’m a little bit demotivated of the fact, that a lot of the serious gainers can’t reach their maximum erection level without viagra/cialis/etc. .. So could you tell me if its something very common or it happens in particular situations?

Starting out, your main priority should be monitoring your EQ. Your goals should be increased EQ. If you start PE’ing with the newbie routine and you’re not getting better erection quality, then you need to take a break and reduce the intensity, duration, or add rest days.

Decreased EQ is usually something that accompanies overtraining, and should not be an expectation of beginning PE, quite the opposite.

If you approach PE with the mindset of starting slow, being careful, practicing and perfecting technique and seeking increased EQ, you should be successful in not only getting gains, but increasing (or at the very least maintaining) your current level of EQ.

That sort of comments I needed, thanks! The EQ is my main priority, I feel my current EQ 9.5-10.0, my size is not that small 6” NBPEL (6.5” BPEL) and I’m looking to get 7.5” NBPEL (8.0” BPEL), may be +0.5” girth increase and most important : EQ 10++ !! It would be great to achieve that in 2 years, would be glad if it happens in 3, but no deadlines at all, if I grow and I get great erections, I would practise it 5 years and more, if needed. So I’m looking for the right approach:
I have to take care of some things:

- Naturally, picking the right routine, I’ll start very slow within the first three months
- Picking Nutrition routine, I think, that the food is very important part, connected with every change in our body
- Read a lot of information about the penile anatomy so that I would be able to know what I’m aiming for
- Get good sleep every night, I think that is also important
- Reduce stress
- Very important is to set my mood into it.. I need great motivation, need to believe it is going to work the way I want to and I’m going to benefit from PE at all
- To pick everything so that I have fun with PE

I think these are important aspects, so I’m not starting yet, until I get enough information, may be at the beginning of december I’m going to have serious, fixed routine..

So I would be glad to read some comments of guys, who have great EQ increase (without any supplements) with PE, just to know it’s the best choice for me!

PE is one of those things you will have find out for yourself.

Experimentation is the key, and reading here for that one little piece of advice or insight that will send you on tour way

We’ve all been through it and come out the other side with bigger dicks and harder erections.

Occasionally my EQ tanks, but mostly its good to go, with what my wife and I call the 77th wave, the one that just won’t quit. (The one she tells her friends about!)

Anyway, best of luck and check back in when you’ve done the Newbie routine, had some minor setbacks, EQ loss and soreness, and then you’ll be ready for the real work.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Today I measured girth.. I’m not sure I measure right, I’m 5.4” midshaft girth, I though it’s less.
