I just joined and am taking the time to read before I try anything. I am currently 5.75 BPEL with a 6” girth (the three inches nearest the base with a slight tapering towards the head). I am interested in increasing length, not girth. Based on the reading I have done so far I am uncertain as to which types of exercises would be best for length. I would appreciate any advice. Also, I notice that discoloration seems to be a side effect. Is that more so in regards to girth building, or does it also happen during lengthening?
