Length Device and Coaching for a Time-Restrained Newbie

Hello!

I just made an account here the other day because I want to make serious gains with PE. I have tried jelqing and stretching for about a month about 7 years ago, but have no other experience. I bought a bathmate hydromax, but I don’t know which device to use for length. I also don’t have a lot of spare time in my day to do manual exercises like stretching and jelqing, although I’ve heard that manual work is the only way to cement gains permanently. Can someone help me sort out what I should do for a length device? Can someone also help me find a routine that doesn’t take up a ton of time to do? The bathmate seems like it’s a 15-minute session between pumping 2-3 minutes pumping and 2-3 minutes jelqing, and it seems like a length device can be worn while doing other things, which would work very well for my lifestyle. I don’t really know where to start with a routine that is not dominated by manual work. Thanks a lot!

I got some great length gains with the size genetics extender. Wish I would have used it more than the year I used it for. Now I can really use it since I’m a father of a toddler and newborn. It’s hard to get the time to adjust it throughout the day

Have you heard of "Best Extender" by the YouTuber Bassem? He claims to successfully performed PE for years and boasts big results. Also says he’s tried over 30 extenders. He made his own device (the Best Extender) and said he fills the device fills in the gaps and minimizes the cons from other devices. It has options for high or low tension, can twist while stretching, has a gauge for the amount of tension applied, and has a comfortable base against the pelvis. What do you think?

I guess the question about any frame extender is how much privacy do you have to use it? Because most are not stealth.

I have the Total Man extender frame, a cheap eBay LeLuv bolt extender and a Best extender. Maybe you could get away with a cheap extender being stealth, but despite the TM advertising that one isn’t stealth at all. And the BE is definitely too big to hide.

Some guys on other forums really like the Apex extender, too.

If you have an hour of privacy for a high tension extender session and want to try the Best extender I think it’s really good as far as extenders go. And I think he is making another upgrade that answers some of the imperfections of the first commercial version.

But with an hour of privacy you can also get a good hanging session in, especially with a vacuum setup, since you don’t have to take breaks for blood circulation like you do with compression hangers, so you can literally go for the full 60 minutes without stopping. And you’re going to have to get a vacuum setup for the Best, TM or Apex extender, anyway.

So if you want to consider hanging you might consider a setup like the Total Man offers, with the vacuum caps, sleeves, vacuum, weight attachment and desk pulley system.

I use both the vacuum hanger with weights and the BE, but the hanging is my go to for length. Either under my desk with a pulley system or straight down using a modified chair or standing at my desk. Working from home makes it super convenient but even if I didn’t I would probably spend that kind of time at my desk most days anyway.

If I only had 30-60 minutes a day, I’d do an hour hanging session 2 or three days, a clamping or pump session for girth the following day and take a day or two off of both, then repeat. But you could certainly substitute the BE for a hanging setup.

I won’t have a ton of privacy during the day, but I should be able to have some alone time in the early mornings and late evenings or at night. Also, I’m completely new to this so idk if hanging is a good idea for me yet. I’ve also heard of the LengthMaster device. It seems like it is less time consuming as it isn’t something you’d need to wear all day. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to dedicate enough time to use something like that, but we’ll see. I have a lot to try and a lot to figure out still.

In order to cement gains, do you need to keep the penis passively stretched all day, Not actively stretched with high tension, but basically stretched like you would measure for BPFSL. Also, do you have to do manual work to cement gains, or is ultra-consistent device work going to cement gains?

@Argyle2248 I worry about you already talking about cementing gains, this is PE for life, just like bodybuilding, you won’t do as hardcore of a workout for life and some do report gains with no after-work but you must go in this with the thought it will be for life, without that mindset, many newbies get injured.

Anybody here can give you a routine with less time, guess what? less results! Do you think we want to be jelqing, hanging, pumping 5-10hr hours a week? C’mon man! But I do agree we have all come here with some tricks and tips to get things done smarter, and that is what you should be asking… How can I maximize my time with tricks everyone else here has done, not how little time can I spend doing PE with results

I did 2 newbie routines 11 years ago and now in my 40’s I’m back and will be water pumping for life, I hope.

Anyway, if this year you don’t have time, starting light is good… even recommended, next year you will discover a routine that is best for you when you have more time. I can only speak about water pumping and jelq. Here are some tips to reduce overdoing it and quicker setup time.
1. Get a NIR+RED Pad - no quicker way to get warm than with that
2. Start light on both Jelq and water pumping. No more than 20 minutes on the pump.
3. Talk to you again in 12 months


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

Being new to this can make trying to articulate what I’m thinking a bit difficult. I realize this is a slow process that will take years to see results. I don’t want to give the impression that I’m some tornado-newbie who wants to jump in as fast and as hard as possible. I’m not. I don’t want to get hurt and I don’t want to take time off due to injury or discomfort. To be safe, I’ve even hired a coach, someone who is a long-term member on mattersofsize. Com that seems to have made some very impressive gains. I’m the turtle here, not the hare, I promise. Thank you for looking out for me on that front.

Additionally, I should clarify. I have done some reading (although not a ton) and I realize that this is something I’ll always have to do. What I meant by cementing gains is keeping more than the "instant gains" you can get from a bathmate session, for example. Like if I do this for a few years and gain substantial length and girth, then have a busy week. Or even a busy COUPLE of weeks, that I won’t go back down to my "original" size. I plan to do PE to improve EQ as well, so it’s something I would like to do throughout my life, even if adding size wasn’t as possible as it seems to be. I will treat this like another workout regimen. I train in martial arts and lift a bit, so I understand the time and effort commitment needed for slow body transformations. This is mostly based on my fear that I’ll put in all this time and work only to have all or most of my progress reversed because life gets in the way. I’ll do all I can to make time and make this work because I really want results to improve physically, mentally, and emotionally, but sometimes sh** happens, ya know?

It’s a lot like any athletic activity. You will make gains when you’re consistent and time off won’t make it as though you never trained, but you might drop off a bit from your peak. But getting back is typically not as hard as gaining.

I started at 7.25", got to a bit over 8" in length, took almost 10 years off and restarted at 7.75". Back to 8 in a couple of months. I don’t think this is atypical. After a long enough period of training most guys keep most of their gains most of the time.

I think the longer you’ve been at PE without a long break (I’m talking long months to years off, not small breaks or decon periods) the more of your gains you’ll keep. But if you are just getting started and only train just 3-6 months and then take a long break you will probably lose most or all of your gains. Kind of like someone who lifts weights for 6 months and takes years off.

But if you are at it long enough to make actual gains, as in you’ve successfully permanently expanded and enlarged the tissues, you don’t have to worry about losing them all.

I can understand considering that life might get in the way. That’s actually a healthy perspective, at least from the point of view of putting PE in the appropriate place in the context of the rest of your life. But perhaps you can subtly shift the concern into realistic optimism: That as long as you can find a path to keep at it in a smart and efficient way that balances into the rest of your life then you’ll have the chance to make and keep gains.

A big part of the journey is figuring out how to do that as life evolves. Do your best to find the right balance between PE and the rest of your life and I think you’ll be alright.

I had great success with a vacuum ADS (Phallosan) when I started. It’s a great option if you are totally unconditioned and can’t commit to a more hands on routine.
