There could be a couple of reasons for your problem my friend. Like you I came into PE with pretty good dick control, but after some training I found that I was becoming more sensitive and cumming sooner. In Exercising The Penis by Arron Kemmer he says that kegeling can make you more sensitive and give you temporary premature ejaculation. For this he recommends a little edging from time to time. He also said that kegeling during sex can cause this problem. Next time you’re having sex try to focus on your BC muscles and see if they are contracting. This can happen subconsciously, which was the case for me. If you are contracting your BC muscles during sex focus on relaxing them. Its not hard to do once you’re thinking about it, and it can really improve your stamina. I was having trouble lasting for 15 minutes of good stroking, but as soon as I started focusing on relaxing my BC muscles I can beat it up for as long as I want, and keep from cumming until I flex them. I’m going to try this out tonight, well actually here in about an hour. I think this issue is about conquered. Well, I focused on the BC muscle ( hope it was the BC muscle ) from contracting while we were fucking last night and this worked. We were fucking for a good 15 mins with me keeping decent control from the muscle flexing, then she get on me and starts riding me really hard. I start to feel the muscle flexing, so I kinda like did a push out kinda thing, like I was trying to piss and it stopped flexing. Anyways, 30 mins into sex, I started to fuck her doggy style and she came within 2 mins, and I didn’t even cum yet. I stayed in control by not flexing that BC muscle, it fuckin’ crazy something so simple can ruin someones sex life.

What I need to do, is become more focused with the muscle. There were 3 or 4 times during sex that the muscle started flexing without me knowing, which would have led to a really short fuck. Every time it happened, I would relax down there while doing this push out thing and it stopped. I definitely need some more practice with this so I can master the technique

You may want to relieve some pressure man. Whats important to remember is that edging and masturbation are two different things, but both are good for you. Masturbating or having sex once a day is completely natural and healthy. In fact it increases penis fitness and can help increase gains. I think the problem with your BC muscle is that you can’t control it well enough. People who
don’t Kegel everyday have less control over the muscle itself. By increasing it’s strength you
also increase it’s sensibility. And a well-trained BC muscle means control over both erections
and ejaculations - the ultimate sexual tool.

What you are doing now - trying hard to keep your BC muscle from suddenly “vibrating”, is
very psychologically stressful. For the ultimate sexual experience you need to be able to
relax and not think about such technical details. If you keep on doing this, you will grow

I have to disagree with the statement you made about thinking of such technical details as psychologically stressful and that it can lead you to grow tired of sex. Nicely done! I have had to push out (down with my abs) rather than flex the BC also during sex to keep from cumming too soon (or not at all). My wife varies in times it takes her to climax, so it’s always important for me to read Her.
