Hey everyone,

I’ve been doing kegels for a while, on and off, same with my PE routine =/

I don’t know if I’m doing them right because I get pre-cum when I do it. Maybe I am flexing the wrong muscle, or doing it too much. Or is this normal?

And regarding fowfers, I think I’ve read they’re primarily for flaccid length, but can they also increase erect length?

I’ve been doing PE on and off for a year now. I’m no expert, but I do know when I kegel properly, I can see my unit suck into my body a little bit,
I can see my sack lift a little, and if I’m stretching, it “tugs” back. That’s how I can tell I’m using the right muscle.

The pre-cum I’m not sure about, but I’m almost certain that it’s normal. Everyone is different.

As long as your penis doesn’t go numb or get cold while fowfering you’re fine.
Some people say you shouldn’t do them while sleeping for the same reasons.

That’s my $0.02, I figured I’d post since no one has replied to a reasonable question as of yet.

@Iwillsucceed, yeah I know what you mean. I make sure I don’t fart when I’m doing it and I wipe well after taking a dump.
