Kegels and Fowfers
I’ve been doing kegels for a while, on and off, same with my PE routine =/
I don’t know if I’m doing them right because I get pre-cum when I do it. Maybe I am flexing the wrong muscle, or doing it too much. Or is this normal?
And regarding fowfers, I think I’ve read they’re primarily for flaccid length, but can they also increase erect length?
