I’m talking about front kegels.

When I do them, I feel an expansion that goes through the base of the underside of my penis. It goes back to my taint, roughly.

Theoretically, could doing these with a cock ring on provide some sort of resistance that would allow you to kegel harder? Same principle as weight training. Seems worth a try. May update with results.

Without many other changes to my routine besides wearing a cock ring and kegeling against it maybe an hour or two a day, my EQ has risen a lot and I am feeling very “solid” around the base. Yesterday I was listening to a political podcast while doing my routine and I still overshot the erection level for jelqing. My flaccid hang is also much thicker and longer with or without the cock ring.

I have been doing some bends, I’ll incorporate them sometimes when I’m jelqing. I have a moderate to steep curve upward so I’ll focus on bending the head down, I figure I may be doing some effective length work this way via targeting the suspensatory ligament or whatever that is on top while doing girth work. Which is my main focus for now. With jelqing and EQ based improvements I figure the length will be forthcoming as well without much specialization.

What type of ring are you using?

A cheap elastic ring I got from a local sex shop. Looks like a donut or inner tube.

I have severe ED and one of the ways I am able to achieve an erection is to take 5 gr of l-arginine a few hours in advance which generates a semi and then slip on a tight constriction band (Osbon works best) and proceed to kegel in more blood which improves the semi into a full erection.

Have you ever included strong contraction reverse kegels? Those helped me with the stand on its own feeling when I started doing them regularly.
