Before I get flamed, I have tried using search and cant seem to find what I am looking for. Can someone direct me to an extensive kegel thread which has routines in it. I remember seeing one a few years ago but it is staying hidden to me.

The problem with a lot of the kegel routines you will find online is that they consist of hundreds to a thousand repetitions, which is somewhat redundant because the purpose is to train your eq to higher and higher levels. So what I started experimenting with just this past week was erect kegels in different stances. Just takes about ten minutes and I promise you will feel the burn.

Here’s what I have so far,
Monday,Wednesday,Friday

Erect standing kegel holds-4 sets of 30 sec each
Sitting erect kegel holds-4 sets of 30 sec each
Doggy style kegel hold-4 sets of 30 sec each

Start with these and tell me what you think. Btw if you are having trouble you can crunch and get a stronger kegel.

Hey GreatDivider, Have you seen any results? I recently started researching PE methods out of curiosity (I have a rock solid unit standing just under 7” that my GF and I are very happy with). OK, so, when I masturbate I edge. I repeatedly work my erection to the point of orgasm and stop, consistently holding “kegels”. I guess what I’m saying is that I have massive orgasms that shoot very, very far with as many as 11 pumps of the stuff. After searching endless queries regarding natural penis enhancement I now have a name for what I’m doing, and have unknowingly achieved AWESOME results (see previous sentence). The combination of edging while performing kegels has given me this gift of orgasm. I’ve even come to realize that I am capable of having multiple orgasms, albeit the early stages of such mastery. On 2-3 occasions I’ve had what seemed to feel like an orgasm “misfire” with no ejaculate, and after some extensive research there seems to be some connection between kegels and mastering multiple o’s. My experience has been backwards, with trial an error I have developed my own techniques that I can now label with terms (edge, kegel)

Furthermore, my penis has a slight curve up and ever so slightly to the left. My pseudo- scientific methods have left me to believe and practice a method of what I feel to be straightening and lengthening my penis. When FULLY erect I will use my R hand to hold the base of my penis while the L hand grasps the shaft of the penis with the thumb running along the top(imagine holding a golf club). While in this position I will perform a kegel and simultaneously apply light to moderate pressure against the curve. My hope is to push against the curve gradually enough that it will, over time of course, straighten out and possibly grow (prob minimally?) in length. Does this sound feasible or is it unrealistic?

*After becoming aware that my straightening method may actually hold some water my routine has become more structured and increased in intensity for the past 2 days. I do feel as though my unit has been “worked out” after my warm downs - may be an indication that it’s working??

Do you, or anyone reading this thread have any ideas, suggestions, or methods to improve my routine? Thanks!

I am a beginner as well.. What I have come to realize is best so far(I’ve actually felt a difference) is by keeping it simple and mixing it up a little. Just find a nice little routine to start including rotation of quick pumps, hold and release(5 or 10 sec), and perhaps some delayed flexes.(where you go slowly with 1/3 of the way, to 2/3 of the way and so on.) I don’t think there is much need to get anymore complicated then that.. As a beginner anyhow. One thing there seems to be some confusion on is how often you can do the kegel exercises.. Many sources say the BC muscle heals quite rapidly, while others may suggest some time off in between. I guess personal experience is the best teacher.

The Kegel is simply the action you take when you are trying to avoid urinating or stopping the flow while urinating. Just keep working it - hold it for three seconds and then reverse for three seconds. Repeat it 20-30 times each set, a couple times a day. Then try going longer (5,10,20,30 seconds) for shorter sets (don’t try 20-30 times of 30 second kegels, you might blow up ). The idea is if you can clamp the PC/BC muscle (the kegel muscle) down prior to the beginning of ejaculation you’ll go through the sensations of an orgasm without the ejaculation and only a slight loss of erection (usually quickly regained after a few strokes). A very few can keep stroking while doing this. Most need to stop stroking, ride the orgasm out while doing the kegel, and the resume. The 2nd go-around you get normally lasts much longer than the first.

It’s not easy to master or everyone would be doing it. But it can be learned.

AH, okay. You have to remember that the concept of a “dry-orgasm” is a little different than NOT having an orgasm. The idea is to have the orgasm but not ejaculate. Men normally assume the orgasm and ejaculating are the same thing. You can have a mind-blowing orgasm with virtually all the sensations and not ejaculate.

You lose the erection after ejaculating but you do not lose the erection from an orgasm without the ejaculation. So when I said “ride the orgasm out” I meant you supress ejaculation by the methods I described, using the kegels to stop ejaculation. Stop stroking during the orgasm - you don’t want additional stimulation while you’re clamping your PC/BC muscle. While you clamp and hold your PC/BC you’ll feel the orgasm just about like normal - the last time I did this I swore I ejaculated too but didn’t. After the orgasm feelings subside you can then resume sex. The beauty of it is it’s about like the second go-around of the evening, it takes longer for you to approach orgasm again the second time. So far, three is as long as I could go before I couldn’t hold ejaculation back any more.

The newbie routine of 50, holding for five seconds each makes a difference. I wasn’t even able to hold a kegel more than a second, but after a few weeks I could easily go 10 seconds. So my muscles definitely strengthened, and yours will too for certain. But, and here’s the tricky part: what good will it do? I haven’t really noticed an EQ difference. I can stop my orgasms later just before ejaculation than I could before, but I have not been able to turn that into multiple orgasms. Nor have I noticed a difference in ejaculatory pressure. So will your musles improve with just the newbie routine? Yes. What will it do for you? This varies by person it appears.

Thanks shnordle! My erections come quickly, are really hard, and do not subside following orgasm. I can have sex another 2 or three times, the gf loves it along with the massive c*m shots which I now accredit to my routine

Joesnuffy, what makes my case unique is I’ve been doing these exercises for some time now without really knowing what I was doing to and for myself. So even though I’m new to the lingo my unit is some what in an advanced state. I can hold a kegel for a solid ten already. What I don’t know is where to go from here. Gain length (I’d like to be 8”) and some girth, Not really sure how to go about it though. I’ve read it’s more of an art so maybe I should just experiment with stretches and see what works. Any ideas? It’s really hard to get honest testimonials anywhere but these forums. All other resources are linked to a product. Which brings me to me next Q. Should I purchase a traction device? If so which kind (link). Or is my ability to get a rock hard erection and keep it engorded the same concept?

And no real problems lasting cause if I do cum early I can just go again, if I’m trying to impress her. Otherwise, lights out, lol. I’m approaching from the angle, “will my edging/kegel routine benefit length/ girth once solidly regimented?”.

Bummin- crunch action increases tension on the muscle being worked is my best guess.

I thought I might jump in and add in some personal testimony..

I can barely even be considered a Newbie at this point (have only done a week or so of PE), however, the kegels have already seemed to have an effect.

The other day I was lying in bed and watching porn, for the first time in my life the c*m shot up and hit me on the shoulder.

So definitely try kegels
