Kegel application for cell phone

I went to Verizon to look into getting a new cell phone. While playing around with the new Android OS I looked into their app store and saw that one of the top rated free apps under “Health” was a Kegel Muscle Exerciser. I was wondering if anyone here has used it? If so, has it been helpful or beneficial? I only read the description and saw some screenshots but it sounds/looks like it gives you routines and then times you and tells you when to contract and relax.

I have it and it is really hard to do. There are 3 sessions, short,quick, and long. I can barely do the quick one and you have to hold it for like 5 second per rep.

Cant find one for my blackberry.

I really need a new phone.

Thanks for the response Mr. Hanky. Too bad to hear you haven’t had the best experience with it. I was hoping it would be a good aid for me since I’m not consistent with doing kegels like I should be. For some reason they are just easy for me to omit from my routine and I have difficulty motivating myself to get them done. I was hoping this would make me more consistent since I’d see it on my phone everyday.

is there one for symbian?
