Hi everyone,

I come here from MOS, red there about a guy here who gained pretty much girth (from average to monster) and I want girth bad, very bad, so here I am :) I know about PE since like about 3-4 years but in this time spam I was working out 1 year max. I was first very excited about it, started with the newbie routine for 2 months, had no gains, so I went on to some advanced exercises for another 2 months, but again no gains. I gave up for quite some time and then started hanging for like 4 months and again no gains besides some girth at base, but what for do I need it if it never lands in a pussy lol. Now after a very long break I wanna give it another run and this time I won’t give up after a few months. What I wanna ask is if I can leave out the newbie stuff and go straight into clamping. I know it’s pretty intense, but I would start of course very slowly with little pressure and short exercise times. So what do you think?

If you haven’t been real consistent in your routine, I would suggest that you not jump right into clamping or other means of PE, but stick with the Newbie routine for at least a couple of months. You need to recondition your penis to doing exercises, we don’t want you getting hurt. Most of the guys here will tell you that consistency is the key to gains, some will come fast, some will come at a snails pace, but overall they do come. But you do have to be dedicated and set aside time daily to do this. Think of it not in terms of a bigger unit, but a healthier one and then the routine becomes second nature and the gains are a benefit.

Xtrm, do not give up kind sir continue trying, remember that somethings we have to work for and this is one of them.

I agree with he above advice, I would like to emphasize “varied” Start off with the newby routine 4-5 days per week for three months, change grips often. Grip changing seems to have helped me.

You can start clamping, in my opinion, but not at a intense level. You need to condition your cock back up, and in your case, you need to forget manual stretching. If it is only girth you seek, then start off with girth exercises before you go into clamping. That said, good luck.

Thx for the replays guys. I think it will be best if I do the newbie stuff for like 2 weeks and then throw in some clamping from time to time.
